Up until now, we had a positive impression of this company. Unfortunately, that changed due to a frustrating and disappointing experience.
After nearly five years of storing our belongings, we were finally ready to move them into our new home. My husband had misplaced the key to our storage unit, so we contacted the company to request that the lock be removed. We followed the required process and were told the lock would be removed within two weeks.
However, we never received a call. Assuming we’d been overlooked, we returned to the facility a week later—only to find the lock still in place. No updates, no communication. Now, four weeks have passed, and we visited again. The lock is still there, and the office was closed.
We left a voicemail, and the next day received a call telling us it would be removed next week. At this point, it feels like a stalling tactic designed to charge us for yet another month’s rent. We’re incredibly disappointed by how this has been handled. After years of reliable service, this situation has completely changed our opinion of the company.

I like to mention about the man behind the counter MARCUS…. He is so kind and helpful I was very impressed about his service. Having experience renting a space and having help and service like what I had…….it was good feeling have someone helping me like Marcus did I really appreciated.
