I was really worried at first because of a previous bad experience at another lab—they overcharged me since I don’t have insurance. As soon as I entered Quest Diagnostics, I asked about the cost of my lab tests. A very kind lady helped me right away and told me the price without hesitation. When I mentioned I was looking for something more affordable, she kindly suggested checking Ulta Lab Tests online for better prices.
I appreciated her honesty and left to discuss it with my husband. He found the Ulta Lab website and sent me the link. I tried to register while still outside, but the process was a bit confusing and I couldn’t figure it all out. Since I had already taken the day off from work, I decided to just go back inside and get the tests done.
I asked for the lady I spoke with earlier, but she was on break. Another very helpful staff member said she could assist me. I explained everything to her, and she offered to help me right then. To my surprise, she entered all my test information and offered me a much lower price than expected. I was even more surprised when she said everything would be done right there at the same location!
I’m so thankful to both of the ladies who helped me. They made what started as a stressful day into a smooth and pleasant experience. I truly appreciate their kindness and support.

Check in was smooth as was called back almost immediately. The nurse was personable and efficient and the blood draw was done in just a few minutes. I had planned on it taking more time and was very please to be done so quickly!

I had the first appointment of the day and i was in and out in no time flat. I have veins that move at the thought of being poked. The phlebotomist got it on the first time.

All 3 technicians are extremely respectful, kind, and caring. I forgot to bring some paperwork and they helped me solve the situation. They also are wonderful technicians that know what they’re doing. The only negative thing about this place is that the building needs to turn on the AC. It’s not the technicians fault, but I feel bad that they’re going through the heat.

I’ve been here several times for monthly bloodwork and it has always been fast and easy. The employees are also friendly and good at their jobs.

Checkin process is awful—computer system appeared to be working on my June 12 visit. I had an appointment. I logged in at the kiosk. I sat. I waited. Everyone in the room was taken first. When I asked about it, the team had NO RECORD of me. This also happened to another person that day, they said. I was supposed to know to look at the tv (huh?) to be sure the computer had me in the queue. While the phlebotomists here are good, the checkin process stinks.
