I took my elderly mother to get her blood work and urine done. There are two lady specialists there and both were great and took care of my mother with such respect and care. I can’t thank you enough. Highly recommend this lab. For parking, front side is a challenge but there are plenty of parking spaces on the right side.

Whoever is working at the Annandale location now is terrible. I came here 5 years ago for my gestational diabetes test with my first child and had no issues. Last year, someone asked me about my experience at the Annandale Quest because they had experienced "unprofessional" behavior from the people working there. I went there again last week for my gestational diabetes test with my second child and could not believe how rude the lady who worked there was from the second she met me. She would not let me take the test because it was too close to closing time. I do not understand why their electronic system let me sign up for that time slot if that was the case and I do not feel anything warranted how rude she was when speaking to me.

Gerry (Geraldine) is an exceptional customer service professional. I arrived as a walk-in expecting an extended wait, as I arrived at lunch time. Gerry went above and beyond to help several customers (including myself) so they could continue with their day. She was professional and pleasant to work with. Great job!

Got a text confirming my appt time and location. Showed up five minutes ahead of time to check in. Their automated system claimed it had no record of my appt. Staffer was uninterested in helping, suggested I probably got the location wrong, and stated I had to check in using the automated system I had already explained had lost my appointment.Shame. The phlebotomists have been good previous times I've gone here, but good ****ing luck actually getting to see them under Quest's new automation.

It is such a shame that no one answers any of the phones at any of the Quest Diagnostics Center. Such poor etiquette, and unprofessional. I understand that they are busy with other tasks. However, someone else should be working there just to answer the telephone calls. That come all day everyday.

I was in and out in 15 min at 130pm. I heard morning was busy, but this was my second lab (the other in Springfield was too busy the day I tried) and I made an appointment online. Sandy was the nicest!
