“Nice outdoor mall w restaurants and nice shops. It’s a really nice environment, I just don’t like it because parking is a pain and if you don’t wanna walk through the whole place, you’re constantly have to move your car. The target in the shopping center is freaking amazing though again you gotta walk from the parking garage and go through the elevators and it’s just kind of a pain. It is a really nice outdoor mall with all kinds of different stores”
“Simply the best mall in the DMV area. Even if you’re not shopping, it’s worth a visit. Most items are quite expensive, so unless you’re ready to spend, browsing might be your best bet. Parking was free and easy during my visit. I definitely recommend checking it out.”
“I LOVE teh Eden center! Multiple places to eat. A supermarket with fresh seafood and fish you can't get anywhere else. Snacks! Omg. I could go on. Cut my hair. Do my taxes. Visas for travel. And service is incredible. Oh forget jewelry!”
“My 1st visit to Kong Dog was the greatest. The employees was awesome. My sister, my wife, and I, all enjoyed ourselves. They gave us a warm welcome. I can't wait to go back. #KongDogAlexandria #Awesome #GOTHEREASAP”
“Tysons Galleria continues to impress with its clean environment, upscale presentation, and relaxed pace. It's not just a shopping mall—it’s a place to unwind, browse, dine, and enjoy a more polished retail experience compared to many other regional centers.
✨ Clean, Calm, and Elegant
From the moment you walk in, the space feels well cared for. The mall is bright, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. Unlike some busier malls, this one tends to have a calmer energy—even on weekends—which adds to the luxury feel without being stuffy.
Common areas are spotless, the seating areas are comfortable, and the entire mall feels curated rather than chaotic. It’s the kind of place you want to linger, whether you’re actively shopping or just taking a stroll.
?️ Shopping – Curated, Upscale, and Comfortable
Tysons Galleria offers a more curated and upscale mix of stores. While luxury brands definitely anchor the experience, there are also familiar mid-tier options that make it accessible. Whether you're looking for high-end fashion, accessories, or thoughtful gifts, you'll find plenty of browsing value.
What stands out is how uncrowded the stores often feel, allowing for a more relaxed and personal shopping experience. You’re not bumping into people or waiting in long lines—it's more of a boutique vibe spread across three floors.
?️ Dining – Stylish and Evolving
Food options at Tysons Galleria are diverse and growing. There’s a good blend of established restaurants and newer fast-casual places, many with stylish interiors and thoughtfully presented menus.
You can easily find a quiet lunch spot, grab a drink, or enjoy a full dinner out. There’s even a bit of a food hall concept developing in parts of the mall, which adds variety and modern flair.
I have a few new places on my list to try next time—always something fresh popping up.
? Parking and Access – Easy and Convenient
Parking is rarely an issue here. The garage setup is easy to navigate, and you usually won’t have to circle too long to find a spot. If you’re coming by Metro, the mall is conveniently close to a Silver Line stop, making it easy to reach even without a car.
Entry points are well-marked, and the general flow from garage to mall is smooth and well-lit. For those who don’t love chaotic parking decks, this is a breath of fresh air.
? Location – Prime Yet Peaceful
Tysons Galleria is located in the heart of Tysons, just a short distance from its busier sibling, Tysons Corner Center. While both malls offer solid retail experiences, Galleria is definitely the quieter, more refined of the two.
Its location also makes it a good jumping-off point if you're planning to explore the area, have a meeting nearby, or stay at a hotel in Tysons.
?️ Atmosphere – Professional, Relaxed, and Comfortable
This is not a mall filled with loud music, overbearing kiosks, or overcrowded food courts. It's a more peaceful place that feels well-suited to a professional, adult crowd, but still friendly and family-accessible.
Staff are generally courteous, helpful, and respectful of your space. Store associates don’t pressure you, and the overall tone is calm and comfortable.
✅ Final Thoughts
Tysons Galleria is one of those rare malls that has managed to keep its character while adapting to new trends. It’s a great place to shop, dine, or just decompress. Whether you're running errands, looking for a gift, or want to treat yourself, it's worth the visit.”
“The amazing boutique hotel on 11 units in fantastic location. Exceptionally clean, friendly, and cozy. Great price for such a nice place. A few minutes to the Washington Harbor shops and restaurants, waterfront park, all the stores at M Street, great restaurants just next to doors, and a lot of nice small streets around to discover. Very convenient self-checkin, you will enjoy. Highly recommend ?”

“We came here for Chicken Salad Chick initially but the first time we came it was closed. This was due to it being a holiday as it was Memorial Day. So we decided to try Burger 7 instead which was also very good very fresh and tasty. Recently however we were able to come back for Chicken Salad Chick and it was totally worth the trip! The service was excellent as well as the offerings of different types of chicken salad. They have so many different food options to choose from we can make a day out of just coming here to try different things in the area. This was totally worth coming and we will definitely come back for more awesome offerings!”
“Great shopping center. I like that there almost everything in that shopping center. Bank, Home depot, salons. Fast food restaurant, cofee shop,, grocery store, clothing store etc all in one place.”
“You can buy everything that is here from any other tech store, but what you won’t get is the same experience. They have the best staff PERIOD. The staff are so friendly and helpful that I have stopped shopping on Amazon and come to this place just for experience.”
“If you need tires, this is the place. I priced out with a few other places- for the tire quality and warranty miles, this was the best option. They also had a rebate option. They are always busy ,but making an appointment helps. The staff are really nice too.”

The one drawback to Vienna Shopping Center is parking. The lot can feel cramped, especially during peak lunch or dinner times, and navigating through it takes a bit of patience. “I don't even know what I am reviewing. A shopping center? I got my new Verizon phone at this shopping center. Plenty of parking. Whole foods, Trader Joes, and Giant. It's the shopping center of supermarkets.”
“Lots to do around here and I love when there are big events in or around the street. Some of my favorite spots around here are restraunts but there's plenty more to do than just eat!”
“Conveniently located near my house, a Giant, bank, gas station and auto service, Starbucks, wine place, dental office, animal hospital and all kind of restaurants. Very nice, I like it.”
“This mall has many nice stores, if you go here make sure you visit Leila's Fashion store. I've been a customer of hers for 8 years, her abayas are the best quality, and she is a very nice person.”
“Healing session at EVEREST, satisfying ROI.
Their HYPERBARIC OXYGEN THERAPY optimizes metabolic performance, boosting immunity to expedite healing. I experienced release of inflammation from site of an impact injury. Full rotation in just one session. Though previously resistant to oral & topical protocols, oxygen saturated cells were quick 2 respond!”
“I appreciate that Giant grocery stores have a "Natural" food section. That way I know I just have to go to 1 aisle to find all of the "healthy" foods. Of course, they could probably do better job of not marketing poisonous overly processed sugar foods to young children but I'll take what I can get :)”
“Small exchange, but still has a great selection. Friendly staff! Clothing and sales could have had a better selection of boots, but not a show stopper. Had a great selection of uniforms to include hot weather OCPs.”
“Van Dorn Diner at the Van Dorn Plaza is your neighborhood diner with great food and service by their friendly staff. My favorite are their fluffy pancakes and avegolemono soup. Always hits the spot! A must try diner!”
“Parking is terrible especially since they ripped out the playground in the center median strip. Has bragging rights as an upscale shopping plaza with the Apple store, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn and crate & barrel, but feels like something's missing. Maybe a Chick-fil-A would help?”
“If you need it,it's most likely here. Now that the t.foxed the parking, it's convenient, easily accessible. Shops are easily accessible even for handicapped access. We make the drive form Alexandria because all the ships we go into are always clean, and the associates are very friendly and helpful!”
“My time at this location was so so. The man at the door giving samples was nice. He definitely caught my attention. I usually jump between Tysons and Union. Daniele made it an experience that reeled me in and made this location my permanent store. I was very pleased at Daniele and the way she handled the crowed alone. She asked for help but never received any. Everyone was so patient with her because she made sure she got to everyone. She made the wait and experience worth it. Her skills and negotiation are something I have never seen in someone so young. She was able to get 3 signups plus convinced every customer she helped to get a small bag of pralines.Including me! ? Another thing that got me was her switching languages to help the little kids that spoke no english. She was just so lovely, kind, and patient. She was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and helped every person with the same smile and kindness. I have visited this store on 3 separate occasions since and she has always been there with the same attitude and running the store as if she was the owner. That’s the type of customer service that should be taught in every store. That young lady is amazing. 10/10. The best ever.”
“I really like stopping by the shopping plaza. They have a grocery store, a mcdonald's, a dollar store, a starbucks, and several other stores. I frequent this Plaza mostly for the coffee lol. However, one could find many helpful stores in this plaza.”
