“Normally a smooth sailing transaction but nobody's perfect, and sometimes slip-ups happen. I ordered a bunch of 24" x 36" and 11" x 17" prints. They were delivered promptly that afternoon, however, I noticed one set of the 24" x 36" was incomplete. I called them up about this and the shop sounded surprised that it was missing but they promised to print and deliver to me today. Fingers crossed. REJOINDER: prints were delivered the next day which was still okay.”

“Imagine it is the Friday of a three-day weekend and you need three American flags... and then factor in that it is MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND. If you think "oh, that sounds like starting Christmas shopping on December 24th", you would be correct. Our business realized we needed these and needed them ASAP. A quick call to National Capital Flag led to a nice chat with Shannon, she held three for me, and off I went. Pulled up right in front, ran in and they were ready at the counter. A nice man (Al?) answered an additional question I had, and off I went with the flags. They have everything you could possibly need, pick-up in Alexandria or they can ship it to you.”

“This is a long overdue shout out to Cleveland, Oscar, Elizabeth, Gloria and Fredy, who all helped me get signs, business cards and a table cloth designed and delivered to a conference in San Francisco in December 2023. They were all proactive, professional and considerate in various ways during the process. Cleveland, especially, went above and beyond, helping me long distance, even staying after closing, when I was in San Francisco. I have always relied on this Fed Ex Center for a myriad of professional needs, from a few copies to retractable banner signs. After my experience with Cleveland in December, I am more loyal than ever. One of my strongest memories of that conference will be the service I received from Cleveland, Oscar, Elizabeth, Gloria and Fredy. I just want you all to know that it doesn't go unnoticed. “After a terrible experience at FedEx in Ft. Washington I drove to this location. No wait and was properly greeted by the nice girl at the counter. I asked if she had a small piece of tape to additionally seal my package. She then took it, scanned it, and proceeded to seal it properly. Before I even asked she printed a receipt. The other location wouldn't do that. This place was great and I highly recommend it.”

“So I recently had an issue with an RMA I shipped through here. Likely 100% a messup on Google's part. They helped me work through the issue and find the package despite significant difficulty in doing so as I lost the receipt. The employees were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. For more detail read on.I was returning a defective phone to google. Had printed out and boxed it up, dropped it off and 3 weeks later get a charge from google for not returning the phone. I go to check the tracking number and it had nothing. So I go into the store and start the seemingly hopeless process of finding this package, to which I had lost the dropoff receipt.The first person I interacted with was very helpful took down the necessary information and said she'd call back by noon, she did exactly that. She was still waiting on some help from the manager. A couple days passed without contact, but I couldn't have done anything those days anyway. So Monday comes around and I stopped back in.The manager was there, we chatted for a couple minutes. They had video of me dropping off the package, we just needed to find the tracking number. So they took some time to run through all the packages that went out that day to find the one that fit the parameters of the RMA. They found it and I was able to sort out the issue with Google. Very grateful they went out of their way to help me figure this out even pulling up camera footage and digging through raw data to help sort out the issue.”

“I've been trying to get my car registration transferred from NY to DC since around 9:30am today. It's is now almost 3:00pm. I made several trips to this fed ex to print insurance documents (which were dismissed by DMV every time). Around the 3rd time the staff at this location checked on me to see if I needed help. They explained to me that - in the event I needed to come back - come to them for help. I was spending money to go online and then money to print the documents and they said there was another option. So when I inevitably came back they saw me walk in, remembered me, and showed me how to do the print-and-go. They helped me get the documents printed and then encouraged me - even offered me water. They laughed with me and wished me well. As I left I heard them encouraging another young man who was lamenting his struggle with DMV as well. I'm sure they get a lot of business from folks frustrated folks with DMV, so I think it is important to shout them out for creating a space with exceptional customer service and joy. Thank you!!”
