They had long lines. Went 3 times in 2 days and they had “tech issues” where they couldn’t scan my QR code. Went to another fed ex office location and they had the same issue but actually took a minute to troubleshoot and were able to take care of me.

I made a pickup and it was a zero hassle process. There isn't much parking in this area no matter the time of day, so you can in the garage for free up to a certain time. The customer service rep here is super nice and helpful. Thanks!
