I went to exchange my lottery ticket. After scanning it, they told me there was no money and asked me to go to another supermarket to exchange it. Then I went to another supermarket and scanned it there, only to be told that the lottery ticket had already been exchanged. I found it very strange and ran back to Speedway to ask what was going on. They kept saying they had no idea and it wasn't their problem, refusing to solve the issue and insisting that I call the lottery company. How could the money just disappear in a few minutes? Please don't consume at this store. They are cheating people out of their money.

FIX YOUR PUMPS! The Speedway Rewards program at the pump has been broken/unusable for months now. When you press the Alt ID button to put in your number and get the discount on fill ups it doesn’t work anymore. Great way to scam loyal customers into paying more for gas every time and not earn points on their largest purchases. We’ve been loyal customers for years but will go back to the relationship btwn Giant/Shell since they care enough to own their program.

I have the 7-eleven app and they NEVER get my order right , spoke to the owner and he's swears my orders are always right . When I order steak and cheese taquitos they send just anything on the grill . The app doesn't let you pick which store you can order from so there's no point of even having a 7-11 gold membership at this point .

Slowest diesel pump of my life. Has bad equipment with a hole in the nozzle so was leaking only reached 75%. Cashier was friendly stating that the pumps should have been bagged up knowing they were faulty. Leaked all over my car. Hopeful they get back to me with something to remedy this. 20mins sitting there 😐.

This is the only gas station in Annandale with diesel. There is frequently only one pump working. Today it took 20 minutes to get it to work; and the gas station attendant wouldn’t help even after I pressed the help button. They even manually blocked the machine from allowing me to use my credit card.

After filling up here the engine started stumbling with OBD codes indicating "bad gas". After refilling with good gas at another station, engine ran smooth again. DO NOT make my mistake of filling up here.
