I went to get something simple to this store, which if it was possible to get a receipt of my bill mail to me and Darlyn Peres Valladare s and a coworker which didn'twant to give a name because she said it was private ?...so I told her if she can give a pdf also she said no....so I told her I was going to switch to another company and guess what, she also said she didn't care....I guess I'm going to ATT$T.....what a waste of my time....

Customer service was very bad need help with my phone gave me a number I went to a different T-Mobile and they were very helpful this T-Mobile store is one I’ll try to avoid when I can

Do NOT go to this T-Mobile store, it’s an authorized retail (franchised) & not an official corporate location. These retailers are known to be extremely shady, ex: I went in to buy an iPhone 13 today and without notice the worker slipped an iPhone Adapter inside the bag and charged me $20! After not noticing until I saw the itemized receipt, I went back in and stated I didn’t need it & they must’ve charged it on accident only to be told that “Apple” is making them mandate chargers for every iPhone 13 as they don’t sell them anymore. THIS IS NOT TRUE. THIS IS A COMMON SCAM THAT AUTHORIZED RETAILERS DO. I’ll be going to an actual corporation store tomorrow to get this fixed & file an official complaint. Avoid at all costs.Update: A day later I received a text stating “thank you for purchasing Protection360” which I explicitly said NO to when asked if I wanted to purchase insurance. This place is unbelievable.

I went to this store to purchase a 55+ plan and they gave me considerably higher prices than online. When I went online I found out that the price for that plan must be the same everywhere.

Be careful what they charge your card for. Always double-check the amount they said they were going to charge with an itemized list.I went into this store on Monday, to upgrade and get a new phone, I will not go into much detail here, but fast forward, the shorter girl who works in there seems to appear to be the manager. She do the passcode punch-in when one of her colleagues needed it.At the checking out, she tried to sell me an insurance plan for one of the phone, I denied it. The next day, Tmobile me a confirmation email of Protection 360 enrollment which I rejected yesterday at the store. Called Tmobile immediately to cancel, the rep over the phone knew people at their local store purchased the Protection 360 for $7/month without my consent, but said that she didn't know what our conversation was at the store, maybe it was a mistake they heard me wrong. Then later the rep said it must've been the system did that automatically. I mean really? You bought something using my card, without my consent? Tell me you want a lawsuit without telling me you want a lawsuit.The same evening, I got a different email about the tax payment for one of my new phones going to be shipped in 2 days. The phone was on a payment plan, they going to only charge for the tax while the phone is being shipped. Upon checking the receipt in the email, there were an additional 19.99 along with the tax for the phone added up 99.96 something. You know what's funny, the same girl who I spoke to at the store, snuck in a 25w charger which I also rejected because I owned multiple fast charges from Anker already. The tax for the phone alone only 79.xx. The charger which I didn't know I was charged for and didn't get appeared to be a $20 scam from this store. ?If you want to upgrade or get a new phone, go on website and have they ship for free and without a $35 activation fee for each line, unless you need a phone fast and they have a model you looking for...

Do NOT shop here! I was switching service from another carrier and adding one line for my kids. I wanted to just keep my current phone and buy a small one for the additional line. The trainee that was there was nice, but the manager/trainer was a different story. She tried AGGRESSIVELY hard to sell me several items I didn’t need or want - actually arguing with me and saying that I didn’t understand what I was saying no to. Seriously??? I finally capitulated on getting a 14-day trial for home Internet, so they would stop haranguing me. I was also signed up for a protection plan that I didn’t want, and I ended up removing that coverage myself as soon as I got home. Finally, the extra line wasn’t activated properly, so I had to go back again the next day to get it finished. I ended up returning the Internet equipment at a different store (within the 14 days, mind you), just so I wouldn’t have to deal with this store’s staff again. What they also failed to tell me is that when the equipment is returned, the service has to be manually shut off, so I ended up getting charged for a service I didn’t even use! I got everything fixed at another T-Mobile store. I have nothing against the carrier itself. The coverage is good and the cost (for what I USE) is reasonable. But stay away from this particular store and it’s swindling staff.

The worst t-mobile experience ever! The customer service is non-existing at this location. Came into the store to upgrade my dad phone and no one greeted us. After waiting forever at the store, it was my turn. They turn down my iPhone trade it because of tiny minor scratch, not a CRACK. It was such a waste of time being here. Please never come to this place because it is a waste of time. The WORST customer service. The employees act like they didn't welcome us and wasn't happy to help us because we weren't Hispanic.

This is a place where many staff have bad attitude towards customers as well as very poor service. They do not work professionally. I went to the store to sign up for a plan for my family. They said they would take me $160 monthly. However, when the bill came out, they took me more than the amount that they said. When I called to ask why, they kept making me wait for them to check my account and call me back later. I waited 2 days and still no response. I decided to call again but they still told me to wait and call me back to let me know later.

I came in for just a phone and came out forcelly to take home a few other things that I don't need but have to get it to make a drive for return later. Felt forced once in there of the home internet where I called Tmobile for it and would never come back to this location.
