Mike the branch manager here helped me resolve a problem in 24 hours that no one else at TD corporate or other locations had been able to help me with for weeks. I was so impressed by his kindness and easy-going personality while helping me resolve my problem. He even followed up to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely check out this location for your banking needs, Mike you’re the best and I can’t thank you enough. You really care about your customers and have redeemed TD bank’s good reputation in my mind, when I was just about to give up!

customer service is trash. had problems with the ATM. tried to deposit my cash and errors kept popping up so i had to contact and wait 3 days for a forced deposit. i then tried to ask for help from the bank by the workers but just gave useless answers and just told me to call a number. i could get more help by a robot.

Worst service from the associate and so called supervisor. I believe is Huma by name. I will never visit this branch again.

Avoid this branch if possible... One of the ladies in front seemed lazy and was straight up unhelpful. You'd get better customer service at an ATM. I went to a different branch (Pinecrest Plaza) and my problem was solved right away! Crazy right?

I went to TD Bank on Little River Turnpike, Annandale, VA February 2, 2023, to move money from my account into a different bank. I personally requested bank manager, Elena Lipenschi, not to renew my CDs over a year ago. She apparently did not follow those instructions. Therefore, I was charged a cancellation fee to close a renewed CD which I never requested. Ms Lipenschi remembered the request, but stated to me it wasn't in writing so therefore it did not have to be actioned. She closed one of the CDs, but I had two and had to pay a cancelation fee on the one she renewed. Interestingly, now the bank indicates that it was all interest earned or approximately 3 months. I am not able to tell what is really going on, as no record of the CD is online and the receipts doesn't reflect the charges. Is TD Bank hurting for money that bad that they have to cheat customers out of money? How is this even legal? Customers beware, these people will rip you off and they are incompetent.

It is zero star, very unprofessional, cashier check from Bank of America should be processed ASAP but they don’t understand the meaning of cashier check at all. Very unprofessional and we give zero star. All corporations of Americans should stop business with this crazy and lazy bank. They are very bad for business corporations

Horrible customer service. Made an appointment to open an account. The TD Assistant Manager was unclear about the business account products and how to link accounts with personal accounts. Kept me waiting and after 45 minutes, noticed an issue we could have rectified in 5 mins. Instead, said they "we are closing and come back another day."Do yourself a favor and do business with a bank that wants your business and will provide excellent customer service.Avoid this branch, inept and a TOTAL DISASTER!!

Lying thieves. They wait to charge you amounts you spent earlier in the week until later in the week when your account is low to out it under and make it negative. Terrible bank. If you're thinking about opening an account with these guys. Stop turn around and run away. Bottom line don't do it. They will mess your money all up.

This is the best TD bank branch. Very reliable and responsive people work here in this branch. This is the only branch that you can call, ask questions, and get kind assistance - since there are some branches just put you on hold for 20min and never return a call.I also had such a pleasant banking experience with Luis. I made a short visit in the branch and met Luis, then he helped us many ways with contacting the corporate for our request and he even called us to give an update in few days. Thank you Luis and again this is the best TD!

I sometimes make last minute deposits on my way home from work and today an associate returned one of many checks, claiming the date was not fully written out since it was missing the year. Essentially it had today's date on that check but our customer had forgotten to write "2018." I didn't pay no mind, assumed she was a new associate and asked for the manager. The manager to my complete shock tells me she can't deposit the check because the year wasn't written out. Mind you, this is a business deposit from one of our customers and there's an invoice number in the memo. I think I actually said "wait this isn't really happening..." The manager claims the check date could've been 2017 for all she knew and they can't deposit a check after a year has passed. So the manager is claiming that this brand new check written out to our company has been in my hand for a full year, and today I wanted to deposit it with multiple other checks dated for today as well. To top it off, I just realized this would mean that our customer coincidentally, exactly one year ago, had forgotten to write the year on the dated check, on that very day. Does this scenario seem more plausible than our customer forgetting to finish writing the date because she was super busy? It's also disheartening that her associate is learning customer service from this same manager and its just creating a cycle of awful training. For the record, I've had other branch tellers tell me "oops look like your customer forgot to write the check and hand it back to me, or they don't even bat an eye since they can comprehend the scenario and not wasting the client's time. Strange day today, super inconvenienced.

I was a former Riggs (turned PNC Bank) customer for many years. TD Bank in Annandale is great. They have a great group of people here, and I cannot say enough good things about the managers and staff at this bank. They are very pleasant, professional, and yet very personable. Highly recommend.

I am sorry to see bad reviews here but in my experiences ... Service are always on point. The staff are always nice and accommodating. They are the reason why I deposit my checks in person rather than mobile deposit. No complaints at all.
