Annandale Branch. When they first opened, service was A+. When Nargis was the manager, service was also A+
Very sorry to see her go. Since then, service has gone to D-. Only reason it's not F is because they are at least open. Drive through deposit is to be avoided because the teller keeps claiming deposits are short $20 - this is relatively recent, but frequent - thus, have to go inside to make all deposits so they cannot claim $20 short on deposits. Caveat: service inside is painfully slow due to unorganized, inefficient tellers. Moreover, the front desk tellers use speakerphone with customers who call in so you can hear everything - be careful when you call in because everyone will be able to hear you.

Long time customer. Waited 50 minutes to do a domestic wire and then told system is down. The manager was gone, and the sole officer spent one hour loading an app on to a customer's phone while waited.
Would have taken 10 minutes to say hang on to app guy and help me and then return to his IT duties. Poor training, not his fault.

I am permanent costumer of this branch. I came here to exchange $100 bills looking for latest serial because, I am traveling to overseas usually they don't accept old serial. But the lady over the counter refused to exchange. And the money I widraw from the same location. Very disappointed

Mike the branch manager here helped me resolve a problem in 24 hours that no one else at TD corporate or other locations had been able to help me with for weeks. I was so impressed by his kindness and easy-going personality while helping me resolve my problem. He even followed up to make sure I was taken care of.
