I just happened upon Union Yoga when I was searching for yoga near me a year ago. Danielle is excellent and is a phenomenal teacher and guide. I have been doing private yoga with her 1x a week for the past year and it has been amazing! Highly recommend!!

Physical therapy is usually not enjoyable, but Danielle makes it so! This is the best practice I've been too. She has a real passion for the "puzzle" and takes her time to figure out the root cause of pain. I'm impressed with her knowledge and her eagerness to continue to advance her education. She put me at ease from day one but didn't hold anything back. She expects me to put in the effort, and I appreciate her honesty about the work before me. Danielle is the type of doctor who will tell you how it is, laugh with you, push you, and, above all WANTS you to get better and stronger. A compassionate and skilled physical therapist. Highly recommend her practice!

I cannot say enough about Danielle and her ability to diagnose the issue and prescribe the correct treatment. She is thorough, no nonsense, and has a great “bed-side” manner. Her treatments for my lower back, problematic neck, arm and hand pains have worked wonders in the handful of sessions I have had with her. She is the only person I trust to do dry-needling. I highly recommend Danielle.

Danielle listens to your concerns and works to uncover the root causes to your pain. She provides a full hour of one-on-one therapy, unlike those "therapy mills" that banish you to a stationary bike for 20 minutes. I am a personal trainer and I highly recommend her to my clients when they are referred to PT.

I saw Danielle for pelvic floor therapy after a traumatic birth of my 3rd child. She worked with me to strengthen my pelvic floor and fix my diastasis recti. Danielle is someone who focuses on your individual needs and has deep knowledge of female autonomy. She was also incredibly encouraging and flexible with my schedule as a mom of an infant in the NICU. Going with Danielle instead of a larger PT group is the way to go because you’ll get individualized exercise and “homework” that meet your needs, as well as a personal touch of someone who cares deeply about her patients. I’d recommend her to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Danielle is AMAZING! I've been dealing with a chronic hamstring issue for over a year that was becoming more and more painful. Danielle figured out that origin of my pain is coming from my back, and has worked with me to provide much needed relief. She is attentive, highly skilled, encouraging, and very personable. I can't recommend Danielle enough!

I visited several local chiropractors and therapists for a problem with my neck and upper and lower back. Finally, in Danielle, I found a professional and knowledgeable therapist who listened carefully to my situation and offered a comprehensive treatment. I appreciate that she brought different approaches that helped me understand the cause of my pain while educating me on exercise plans and treatments.

Danielle is a unique and talented physical therapist. I’ve had trouble with my body for thirty years and have seen numerous chiropractors, physical therapists, and massage therapists. She is by far the most thoughtful and skilled in evaluating why I’m having ongoing issues and developing a protocol to address them. She’s also very good at helping you understand the mechanics of your body so you get why the changes she is recommending are important. I would recommend her to anyone needing a physical therapist, but especially for those who have complex or long-standing issues that have been difficult to overcome.

I highly recommend Danielle - I originally met her years ago in a Physical Therapy office. I immediately noted her different approach - she is very determined to get you better with not only exercise but also changing the way you carry out activities during the day. I had to return to physical therapy a couple of years later and heard that Danielle had opened her private practice and reached out to her. Danielle uses a multidimensional approach to wellness - she is a yoga instructor as well. She also uses trigger point therapy, dry needling, and massage techniques. She will show you functional exercises versus the traditional basic ones that only target one area. Her approach is to address body as a whole and not just where the pain is. Danielle is also in the process of getting her acupuncture license. If you want a one-stop-shop for PT, personal training and healing/wellness, see Danielle. She is also a great conversationalist and the hour flies by (unless you are getting your calves dry needled! :))
