I would give it zero stars if possible. The employees are rude and unfriendly. While downloading my QR code for a return, they shut everything down and refused to help or acknowledge me, trying to use hand gestures across their throat to signal they wouldn’t serve me rather than speaking with me. Off to FedEx I go.

I came to this UPS Store to print an 8x11 design on 11x17 paper. The reason was simple: when printed on 8x11, my design with color ends up with white borders. By printing on 11x17, I could trim it down myself for a clean, borderless finish.
I clearly explained this to the staff and to be more careful I specifically asked him to print only the first page as a test before printing the rest. Despite that, he printed the entire document without checking with me first — and charged me full price.
To make things worse, the final print was incorrectly scaled — the design was enlarged to nearly fill the entire 11x17 paper, completely defeating the purpose. It was not what I asked for, and the result was unusable.
Definitely not coming back

Ordered a suit to be delivered overnight on a Thursday for a wedding on the weekend. I then found out that the person picking up the packages to deliver them overnight completely missed mine among a few other people. I was told that it would still be delivered overnight to the address and arrive by Saturday. I check the tracking and it won't arrive until Monday which is unfortunate because that's past my wedding date.
Edit: Although it was estimated to be delivered on Monday, it supposedly was out for delivery on Saturday but didn't show up until Monday like the estimated date. Currently waiting for a UPS call to follow up with my claim.

I usually hate anything post office related, but it was the last day to return a package, and I inevitably walked into this UPS. I was super anxious, but the guy there quickly scanned the package and I was on my way! Super efficient, and nice staff.

when I went here recently, the guy who was assisting me was watching videos on his phone and was not paying a lot of attention to me. he mumbled throughout and it took me multiple tries to understand what he was saying. when I asked to insure the package, the guy did not add it to my receipt, so my package may be uninsured. I asked that the package require signing for, and he did respond to me that he would. he was generally unfriendly, and unhelpful.

Sadly, a staff member at this store is very aggressive and addresses customers in an inappropriate way. Don't think he's a fit for customer representation.

I have visited this UPS store three times, and unfortunately, each experience has been disappointing. One of the employees, a tall gentleman, consistently demonstrates poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude. While I understand that workload and pay can be challenging, treating customers with respect should always be a priority. If job dissatisfaction is an issue, a career change might be a better option than taking frustration out on customers. Based on my experiences, I will not be returning to this location.
