Great Post Office with friendly staff! I was helped by both people, and ended up with Drew, who was incredible! Speaking to him was like speaking to a friend. Great customer service from both! I have also been there for passport service and it was friendly and efficient.

I went to pick up my held mail today and they didn't even ask to see an ID or to confirm my identity. They only asked for my address. They didn't ask to see the confirmation email from the website either. If all you need to pick up held mail is an address. My trust in the system may be ill placed.

When we have a sub, they take the mail from the mailbox but will not scann it - two packages seem to have never been mailed according to the tracking - subs are not good like our regular mailman

Went to the postal office with my parents to have our passports set up. We had an appointment and we're serviced with Thai. She was very professional and attentive also had a great sense of humor ? Looking forward to seeing her next we stop by the postal office!

Two of my packages were stolen by USPS employees and this location did nothing to assist me in recovering them. Do not ever use the after hours drop box they will steal your mail and lie about it.

I met Nitin for passport, he was very rude, disrespectful has know it all personality. I was there a few minutes earlier than my appointment, but the person ahead of my appointment has not got served yet. He came very late and he was tried to cover his weakness by being louder and make people belittle.I do not know if there is a Manger who is monitoring his job performance. He has poor customer service.service yet.

Postal carriers aren’t picking up packages, and this post office locks its lobby so no one can use the lobby kiosk or check their PO boxes! If you work 9-5, you won’t be able to access your box and mail anything but for a few hours Sunday morning. I have had a package delayed for three days due to this, and an unhappy customer.

This is my favorite post office in the whole NoVa area. Even when there is a line, it moves quickly. The customer service is impressively pleasant every time. I always request taking photos of my many packages after the labels have been affixed, and they happily oblige. Additionally, my packages always start tracking right away, while many other post offices I’ve been to in the area don’t start tracking for up to 24 hours. Because of the consistency of the exceptional experience I have here, this will continue to be my USPS office of choice.

My father passed 5 months ago, I put a forwarding address for his mail on it then. Every month mail has to be sent to me by one of his neighbors who sees the mail box is full!!!!!!!! WHY????? FORWARD THE MAIL!!!!!!!

We confirmed that this is the place the manager treats us like in Amazon Forest. We went there to ask for changing the address around 3:30 pm. The manager there took away our FORM which was given to us by another USPS location and all our personal docs and throws them to the trash bin. She also said: I do that, what are you going to do? in front of everybody there!! She also yelled at an employee who tried to help us. Do you have the RIGHT to take away our FORM and personal stubs?? On what basic?? We'd like to give this service a MINUS 5 STARS if we can. We understand you just stressed out of work but what did you do to us huh??? It was so rude!! What kind of attitude of a manager is that huh? You should learn to change your customer service attitude or change your job.
