I have gone to USVN before and had good experiences but unfortunately this last time that was not the case. I got a pedicure and dip manicure which usually takes about two hours max. I was at the salon for over three and a half hours. When my nails were finished, I could see my nail through the dip which 1. Has never happened before and 2.the color I selected was dark enough and opaque that I should not be able to see through it. I didn’t want to complain because after all that time I needed to get home. My toe polish also chipped after a few days and typically even regular polish stays on at LEAST a week and a half. I want to go back because the staff is very kind and the prices are fantastic, but after my last experience I may have to try somewhere else:(

Came here for the good reviews but unfortunately i had a bad experience and left with a painful pedicure. Bleeding and throbbing once i got home. i had to ice my toe overnight.

Friendly staff in convenient location with very reasonable pricing.
I usually make an appointment, but have not had to wait even on a walk-in. I always leave happy with my manicure/pedicure.

I called and was able to make a same day appointment on a Saturday which is rare. The service was excellent and priced well. I will be going there again when I am in the area.
