This Walgreens has possibly the worst customer service. I've waited on hold over 30-minutes on six different occasions just trying to get ahold of someone to ask about an RX. Twice in the past month I've had to contact corporate just to get ahold of someone at the pharmacy. Horrible customer service.

The pharmacy here is always so helpful and kind. I know it can be challenging sometimes with different prescription inventory, however the pharmacists are patient and have very good customer service.

This Walgreen workers are all RUDE.
Today morning, I accidentally threw my car key in the trash can instead of empty gum box before I go shop at the Walgreen. So I went to the store and ask one of the employee to explained the situation and politely asked to open the trash can. However, the rude young lady gave me a look and said those trash can is for only employee and customers. So I explained many times that I was going to shop at the Walgreen that’s why I stop by at the store. But she kept refused to hear my story and said I cannot use the trash can. There was no sign that trash can is only for employee and customer. How does she know if me or other person will be future customer or not? If i’m not a customer of Walgreen then I can even stand front of the Walgreen or throw piece of gum in the trash can!? It wasn’t even the dumpster for business use. It was REGULAR SMALL TRASH CAN STAND FRONT OF THE STORE.
That employee attitude was nasty as HELL

This is very irresponsible store. I placed an order for photobook, it was provided to me that it is ready by 10:50 am. I came to the store at 10:52 AM, and I was found out that they haven't started yet and they are not able to start on my order because their machine is broken. If they can't do the service, they should not make photo service available at the store. They transferred my order to another store and asked me to check with another store. I called the other store and the store manager at the transfered store was surprised to learn about this. I chose Walgreens photo order because usually it's fast and ready in hours. I need this to give as souvenir for my sister who is going to leave to airport soon. This store is really disappointed me. If you need to get photo order stay away from this store.

Attempted to return a beverage that I did not realize had a hole in it originally went back with still sealed bottle and showed the leak and was told it would not be sold that way and I essentially must have put the hole there

The staff is exceptional. I visited the store on 4/24. I had an emergency. The staff was great, met my needs and I was on my way. The perfect example of what customer service should be.

Horrible pharmacy management and service. Unacceptable wait times, missed same day delivery, zero proactive phone interactions with customers. Do not use this location for any Rx needs. All they do is MISS, unapologetically. 0 stars.

Don’t bother calling this Walgreens for their pharmacy. Their automated line just hangs up on you. Really annoying when I want my prescriptions transferred to this store
