“We struck a deer in November and effectively totaled our 2011 Impala. Through State Farm, we were told to take it to Caliber Collision in Lynchburg, and that we would have to total it as the damage could not be repaired.
I tried 3 other collision shops to see if i could get it patched up, seeing as the used car market wasnt exactly in the favor of finding a car for what insurance offered.
I was recommended to Moore's by a gentleman at Hi-performance, and i was worried he would tell me the same: buy a new car.
Kendall Moore took a look at our vehicle and matched our budget without a single question. Where Caliber took 2 weeks to review and quote us for repairs, Kendal took a day to quote, ordered the parts, and when they showed up, he had us drop our car off at 6am, and the car was done by 2pm.
While i could nitpick, the fact that he was able to take something no one else wanted to fix and make it look almost factory new, with some fixes i didnt expect him to do as well, speaks volumes to his service.
He was super friendly the whole time, and i will ABSOLUTELY be going back to him if i ever have another mishap.
