“Brenda (Owner) and Eddie (Manager) are excellent at their respective positions. I was cared for like family on the customer service side (Brends) and the skilled mechanical side by (Eddie). I broke down in their city of Lynchburg VA on a Monday and my vehicle required a rare part to get me back on the road. They helped me with finding a suitable hotel nearby in a safe area of town. They drove me to the hotel and picked me up the next day. I couldn’t ask for any better treatment by these folks and appreciated their kindness and professionalism greatly. Thanks to the entire Timbrook crew !!!”

“I called in from Maryland to get my daughter’s car taken care of . I looked around for a decent shop . Found slayton’s automotive . Gave them a call . I was able to get the car in a few days later . My daughter was able to take the car her self . They took care of my Ac evac and recharge , my oil change and replaced a reverse light for me as well . Prices were good . Work was done swiftly . Tristian took good care of my daughter . This will be the shop I take her car to from no on, I feel comfortable now . I appreciate the service .i work in the industry and i can say I'm impressed . Highly recommend these guys . And I’ve never been to the shop . Do yourself a favor and give them a call.”

I would say the price they quoted to fix everything was reasonable. While there, Josh, had an interaction with a couple of customers who were being a bit unreasonable and he handled them very politely and professionally. I told him so once they left. These guys located that tool just to fix my car! They took me in and fixed everything that was wrong. The cost was very fair and everyone was very helpful. They even replaced my brakes at the last minute. I think I found my people and I will be going there from now on.”

“My ex-girlfriend wrecked her car when she hit a deer and we were referred to Laslie's Auto Body. Her 2008 Honda Civic was her first car. She had owned it for 17 years. Had 251,000 mi on it and she was very attached to the car. Paul Buchanan, the man in charge understood the objective and provided her an estimate keeping the price as low as possible because this would have been an out-of-pocket expense. The end result unfortunately was not cost efficient and resulted in her having to purchase a new vehicle. She ended up donating the vehicle to wWheels for Wishes, and d Mr. Buchanan waived the cost for the time spent preparing the estimate and the days the vehicle spent on their lot. The professionalism shown by Laslie's Auto body exemplified customer service and acquired them a customer for life for my vehicle, as well as earning my solid endorsement whenever someone requests a reference for a full service auto shop. Every customer I witnessed leaving there during my visits was extremely satisfied and all my interactions with all the staff were very pleasant. I wish I could have given more than five stars!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Jay’s BMW Auto Service. They replaced the water pump on my Mini Cooper and after about 800 miles the brand-new pump developed a leak. Instead of making excuses, they stood behind their work 100%.
They took the car back in, replaced the water pump again, and redid all of the labor at absolutely no charge. They even purchased another new water pump themselves. That kind of honesty, integrity, and commitment to customer service is hard to find these days.
It’s one thing to do a repair—it’s another to stand behind it when something unexpected happens. The team earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be bringing my Mini and other BMW’s, back for future service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, honest, and dependable BMW specialists.”
