“If I could add 5 more stars and give LYH a 10 star review, I would. My name is Joe and I have daughter attedning Liberty U. I live 10 hours away in Alabama. She has a 2008 Prius. People at Jiffy Lube told her the car was inoperable, thats a whole other story. I was told by another mechanic that all 4 injectors needed to be replaced and the cost would have been about 50% of the cars worth. That was not the case. I found LYH through the Liberty Univerisity FB parents page with reccomendations. LYH Auto got the job done at a 1/4 of the price quoted and they got to the root of the problem and guided me every step of the way. Be careful out there, lots of people taking advantage of people. “I needed to have state inspection done on two vehicles. Went to one place and was told they were booked even though I arrived 7 minutes from the business opening hour (and they didn't do appointment). Drove to Timbrook to try my luck. While Timbrook couldn't do the inspection that morning, the front desk was kind and polite and got my two vehicles scheduled in quickly.Their waiting room was by far the cleanest and most comfortable waiting room I'd been to. (My 6yo son also commented that it was the best waiting room, and it smelled so good.) Everyone I interacted with was kind and friendly. I would recommend this place.”

I was first referred to Ed's by another shop when a check engine code indicated a catalytic converter failure on a vehicle with over 200,000 miles. This was a major repair that Ed's completed efficiently and at a reasonable price. Later, with the same vehicle, I had a problem that stumped my regular mechanic. Ed's technician took a ride with me to experience the odd noise first-hand, then stood outside the vehicle and listened while I shifted alternately from drive to reverse. He suspected a failing transaxle, which turned out to be the problem. It was replaced and I was a happy customer. I was most impressed when the mechanic took the time to understand the problem. Since then, Ed's Automotive has been my regular mechanic. Their expertise, courtesy, and integrity are unsurpassed.”
