After finding out my Tahoe was deemed a total loss, I reached out to Jon and explained our situation. He went above and beyond to help us through a very stressful process. We’ve worked with him before, so I already knew we could trust him. Within hours, he had numbers ready, sent me options, and reassured me that everything would work out.
When we arrived in Appomattox, Jon already had a Tahoe waiting out front for us, and Jamil greeted us with the warmest, most genuinely down-to-earth, funny personality I could have asked for. He made the rest of the process smooth and walked us through every upgrade on the Tahoe.
If I could give Jon and Jamil more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!
