This CVS store #3515, has probably one of the least compassionate pharmacists I have ever had the misfortunate of dealing with. Recently a prescription was sent over by my physician on a Friday. I never received a call informing me my prescription was ready for pickup, so I called today, Monday 5/2/22, and was told it could not be filled. Why was I not notified about this so I could have addressed it earlier? Someone from CVS could have called me Friday afternoon or Saturday or even Sunday, but not one person in the pharmacy had the professionalism to let me know my prescription could not (more like would not) be filled. The phone encounter with the pharmacist on duty today was a terrible experience. She was "the only" pharmacist on duty and I could not speak to anyone else nor get a different store pharmacist to fill my prescription. It actually felt like I was being grilled by the secret police. This necessary prescription had previously been filled at this CVS multiple times with no issue, but for some reason, the female pharmacist today was not being very compassionate, nor was she providing a good customer experience. I would definitely say that if you have a prescription that is life or death, which this medication is, especially when you are having an angina attack, don't get it filled at this CVS location!!! Even if the price is more affordable, what good does it do if the pharmacist decides to play God and deny your medication order? I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told she didn't have one. Must be great to work in a healthcare business with no supervisor. Never in my life have I worked without someone supervising me. This pharmacist told me to call 1-800-Shop-CVS to get the information I requested about the head pharmacist, which I did. Um, wrong number pharmacy lady. That number is for extra care credits and stuff. I was politely transferred to the Corporate Pharmacy. The lack of enough licensed pharmacists in this store should never be an excuse for such rotten treatment. My prescription may not be but a drop in the bucket towards the profits CVS makes, but word of mouth is worth a whole lot more. Even after intervention by my personal care provider as the pharmacist wanted, she still refused to fill my prescription. Bye-bye CVS. I will never recommend this store pharmacy to anyone. The store itself is great, but not for important life-saving medications. Someone in the pharmacy needs training on dealing with upset customers to ease tensions and to actually hear what they are saying. When you've been recceiving your prescription there for quite some time with not one issue, I don't understand why today turned into WWIII and I never was able to get my prescription. Boo-hisss
