To the owners of this establishment Mr. and Mrs. Hubbard. I posted a review originally out of frustration and a misunderstanding. With that I’m so glad that we’ve had the opportunity to talk and work things out. Our conversation this evening is how friends should work through things personally or business deals. Life gets the best of us at times and when you put your faith in the higher power he always prevails and good people work through things the right way. You proved that to me and my family today!!! I will most definitely reach out to the Hubbard's for any future a vehicle needs and give them the opportunity to assist my family first. I would NOT recommend this small dealership to anyone. I purchased a vehicle from here because I was looking for a cash paid vehicle. I purchased a 2013 Honda CRV as an AB car. Yes it has high mileage and I understood this when I purchased the car. Honda’s are cars if taken care of and maintained that can go up to 400,000 plus miles. The vehicle I purchased was at 185,000. After we got the vehicle we have had nothing but issues. It only gets 22 miles to the gallon. Burns through gas. Found out the air filter is being held on by bread ties. The motor mount was loose when they sold it to us. More than likely it needs a throttle body and that’s why it’s burning through gas. The air conditioner needs a compressor and does not work in the car as well. I bought a lemon. BUYER BEWARE at this location!!!!!!!

Good selection of cars and Even though we did not purchase one from them. At this time we will keep them in mind salesperson was very nice the car we went and looked at just was not a good fit for our family.

After searching online for the right 2013 Ford Mustang Boss 302 I found the right car and dealer. We negotiated the deal on the phone, flew down from NY the next week, and they picked me up at the airport. The car was exactly as described. I paid them and drove home. It could not have been any easier. Highly recommended for their honesty and professionalism.

Our SUV is definitely not a high-end vehicle, but they treated it like one! They handled all the insurance complexities, helped us navigate with rentals, kept us updated with the repairs, and were kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and competent in our whole process. Thank you so much for your great work on our treasured little SUV! it was so wonderful to drive it home. Great job! 5 stars!

Waste of time and money. Faulty car dealers. (There I fixed it )And from the reply, it seems as if you’re liars as well. These people sold me a car that smokes almost every time you start it. When I called a week after buying it to ask why it does such a thing, I was told, “it’s an old car with high mileage. There’s nothing you can do about it smoking like that.” They clearly knew it did this because they started it before I got there. Learn from my mistakes and don’t take your business here and never call any dealership letting them know which car you’d like to see beforehand. Even when I called to tell them how I didn’t care for how they took advantage of someone that knows nothing about cars, the owner talked in circles to get around that comment. I can own up to my mistake of attempting to fix problems a little too late (because i was told there was nothing to be done about it), but these people will never admit that they sold a faulty car to a young female that had no idea what she should have been looking for. Hopefully the next person will catch on faster.
