I stopped there just to see someone who was getting an alignment, but they seemed like nice people there.
I would have even bought 4 new Goodyears from them a couple of weeks ago if they had just bothered to answer the phone when I called, but I went to Able Tire instead and got 4 new off-brand tires, because they answered the phone when I called.

Webbs has taken care of my family's automotive and tire needs for over a decade now. They are always friendly, professional and courteous with prompt honest service.
Any time my kids needed a new set of tires I trust them with my most precious cargo. I highly recommend you consider them the next time you have service or tire needs!

I have been dealing with Webb’s Tire for over 25 years. They have never disappointed me. The professional service they deliver is outstanding. I live about 35 minutes away, but it is well worth the drive. If you live in Central Virginia and you need tires, alignment or other service, you should definitely check them out.

If i could give negative stars i would. I really hope this helps with those that read reviews to base their decisions about where to purchase products. Don't waste your time here! After purchasing tires here for many years under the original ownership, you were made to feel important, and Mr Webb took care of his community. With that being said, it really isn't that way anymore. I was suggested (by the current owners) a tire for my truck, which I bought and had installed. After driving the truck for a few days, the tires did not ride correctly, and they re-balanced the tires. They still didn't ride correctly and I asked about the next steps, since this was a tire they suggested. I had to pay another company out of my pocket to balance them since webbs tire doesn't have this particular machine, OK cool, now the tires are vibrating so bad it's slinging weights off the wheels, and to try and come back to get one single tire balanced again is a sin! They will not put a prior customer of many years as a priority. I will NEVER take my business back there again, and news spreads fast in a small town. The owners should be ashamed. You are treated like a number instead of with personal satisfaction at that place.

We were on vacation in Appomattox and got a low tire pressure alarm in our Toyota. We inflated the tire, and it held but not enough for the return trip home. We found Webb’s Tire on Google and asked them to take a look. They found the offending screw and patched the tire faster than they said it’d take and for cheaper than we would have paid back home. The staff were very friendly to everyone, and the shop was very clean. Thanks for helping us out!

Wow... Not only is this a family owned business, they make you feel like family. I have been here a few times for work to be done and walked away surprised at The reasonable charge they handed me. I was expecting Much higher! Thanks and I will be back.

Great little capable shop! On an out of town trip with my elderly father and they really saved our day by replacing our flat tire on the spot. Very respectable Manager and employees. Highly recommend!
