He assisted me with preparing two international Priority Mail boxes and noticed small details that could have affected delivery — catching them made a real difference. It would be fantastic if the U.S. Postal Service had more employees like Tyler. Thank you!”

Note that delivery problems that happen outside of Gloucester have nothing to do with the office, and the office shouldn’t get bad reviews for outside problems.”

“True hometown feel. Employees always have a smile, happy to see you and are pleasant. They keep the area clean and you can sense they enjoy helping/serving their customers. Much better than Main Post Office staff. Everytime I went to Main PO, felt like i was an inconvenience to their day. White Marsh PO is a hidden GEM that I really shouldn't be advertising ... so stay away ... lol”
