Disappointed with the pedicure. The big toenails were the issue - she kept painting onto my skin, past the nails and did not properly clean it up/clean up the edges. The second try was still unacceptable. I had them remove the polish. Will not be returning

I got a plain pedicure here and enjoyed the experience! They were very kind and professional and also offered a selection of teas to enjoy. The pedicure itself turned out nicely and the nail polish (which wasn't gel) lasted for almost a month without chipping which surprised me.

I work as a server and I had been on my feet all weekend so I decided to find a place that does pedicures after 430 on a Sunday. They close at six and were nice enough to get me in at 4:30 which is why they get the two stars instead of a one. My issue is that I did not look at the prices online (because apparently you’re supposed to look at that first? ), but instead I looked at the brochure when I walked in. I got a classic pedicure with an extra 10 minute massage and the paraffin. The lady told me that the classic pedicure price went up to $40 , but never mentioned anything else about the other services. A standard pedicure on the menu states that it comes with a massage but when you pay extra for additional massage time that’s all you get. You don’t get the one that comes in the original service you requested. In addition, I also added paraffin to my pedicure. My timer started while they were doing the paraffin treatment, which means that the time that they used to takeoff the paraffin wax was also included in the 10 minute massage that I paid for. The massage was not relaxing it felt like she was just rubbing oil on my legs. Overall, I am very dissatisfied because the prices that are on the menu were incorrect and I did not know about that until my check out price was $65. Had I known that everything on the menu that they have printed at their location were wrong, I would’ve just gotten a specialty pedicure, which would’ve had everything included plus more for probably the same price or gone to the place that I typically go to on Monday. I guess you can say this is what happens when you try to rush a relaxing end to a work week.

They don’t clean your feet at all, terrible service.
Yes i came to this place April 25 i paid with a debit card, the day i came it was a mess in there a lady spill a bucket of water all over the place and a man came to help clean it and apologizing to the customers. I can pull up my bank statement to prove it. That service was horrible that lady did not clean my toes at all she just put gel on and that was it.a complete waste of money, this was insane.

I made an appointment with them for a gel manicure and gel pedicure for 5:30. They requested I come in earlier which I arrived at 4:50. Mid pedicure they tell me they do not availability for the request I asked for. (I asked for a nail extensions, but still with my gel manicure to achieve the square look as my nails are mid short). They told me they didn’t have availability as it would be considered a full set? Which I have been to multiple salons that do this service as not a acrylic full set. I just wanted a gel extension, but now I have to go to two locations to get a service that in reality should be no issue if I arrived 40 minutes before the scheduled appointment. I scheduled what they provided on the website and they did not have an option for gel extension or I would’ve chose that. I advise those to go to the Nail Bar Arlington down the street. Had that had availability there I would’ve went there first and never experienced this. Nail Bar has numerous people working daily and know how to do modern services. Will not be returning to 21 nail salon when they over book.

I’ve gone to nails 21 Nail Lounge ever since moving to Arlington and I am so beyond happy that I found this salon. Danny is a very skilled nail technician and is very passionate about the technique that he uses and definitely a perfectionist. He always finds a way to make my nails look better than the inspo picture that I bring in. Also, my nails have never lasted as long as they do when he does them- at times I’ve waited five weeks in between new sets and the way that they hold up is remarkable. Whole staff is very friendly and it’s always a positive experience going in there. 10/10 recommend!!!!

I've been loyal to another salon for the last 3 years but after my favorite nail tech left I started looking for a new salon. I found 21 nail lounge through the recommendation of a friend and I've never been happier with the quality of my nail shape and application. Danny did an excellent job with both and I will be returning for the foreseeable future.

I live in Baltimore but work in Arlington I’ve been looking for a great nail salon with a great atmosphere, great energy, good work, and great customer service. 21 Nail Lounge has all of this. Danny was my nail tech/ my new found friend he is amazing love him. His work is very good as you can see with my nails. Something I notice about him that I love is he cares about his work and that speaks volumes to the service you get. He will have you laughing the entire time along with great conversation. My nail tech for my pedicure was good as well I don’t remember her name but she is the older women there. She works fast but efficiently. Everyone there is friendly in kind and I really love that.

The location is convenient and it's nice that there is free parking. They have a great collection of colors. The shop is decorated nicely and it is very welcoming. I love to see the tub liners used for the pedi tubs and everything looks like it's kept clean and maintained. Pricing is comparative to other salons I've patronized. Overall, a great nail salon.

Danny and his wife took amazing care of me, even though they had a wedding party to attend for manis and pedís they still squeezed me in for a full set and pedicure, the shape is amazing on my almond nails and they took their time with me. Will definitely be coming back and recommend working with them

I have tired several salons around Arlington and so happy I landed at 21 Nail Salon a couple years ago. I haven't been to another salon since! I always have wonderful service, the owners, Monica and Danny, are so talented and accommodating. I trusted them to do my wedding nails which I LOVED and got so many compliments on. If there's ever anything you aren't happy with, Danny always strives to make it right. I love supporting a family business and also feeling like family when I come in! There's also always good music and tv shows playing to pass the time during your appointment. Ultimately, I couldn't ask for anything more in a nail salon, I definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Honestly I dread getting my nails done but when I do get to go I cannot say how amazing this salon is. I always see Mai because she’s nice quick efficient and does an amazing job. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else let alone take my kids to another nail salon. The prices are super fair and I always enjoy going. Parking is easy and I usually can just walk in for an appt
