Such a pleasant touring experience! We went in for a tour and Callahan was so helpful and enthusiastic about the property. He happily answered all our questions and let us see a few of the floor plans. The apartments are well taken care of and the community spaces are awesome.

I had a great experience during my move and living here since May has been great! The Leasing Office staff are so customer friendly and responsive. The maintenance staff are amazing too. Everyone is so friendly and responsive to my needs. Thank you.

2201 Pershing has been a great place to live. Over the two years I have lived here, staff have always been responsive and helpful with any questions or maintenance requests I have had. Special shoutout to Cal the leasing manager. Cal is genuinely interested in making sure you are having a great experience living here and that the leasing and renewal process are smooth and easy. It’s no surprise most of the other reviews mention Cal as a bright spot about living at 2201.

Update: I’ve been living at 2201 Pershing Apartments for a couple of weeks now, and I wanted to update my review. While I had some challenges finishing my paperwork from my side, Cal was incredibly helpful and stayed on top of everything to assist me. He even reached out to his General Manager, Charlotte, to ensure everything got done smoothly. Both Cal and Charlotte went above and beyond to support me through the process and made sure I was all set to move in. I truly appreciate their dedication and excellent service!
I had a great experience touring 2201 Pershing Apartments with Cal McGrath, the Leasing Manager. His warm welcome, professionalism, and detailed assistance made the process smooth and enjoyable. While I’m still in the application phase, I’ll update my review once I move in. Thanks, Cal, for your excellent service!

We just toured and met Cal, the most fun and welcoming person we have met in our search so far! Before even seeing the apartment we both commented that we'd like to move in just so we can see Cal every day! really nice building:)

I recently moved out of this complex, I will say there are far more cons than pros. One thing they don’t tell you when you tour is the fact you can clearly hear the canons going off from the cemetery. It is SUPER loud and the times they go off is always random. Walls are super thin, I could hear my neighbors having sex and clearly hear their conversations like I was in the room with them. I am a deep sleeper and I had been woken up by them more times than I could count. I even moved my bed to the complete opposite wall from theirs and it did not help. I know more things about them than I would like to. Their golden retriever thing was also super annoying and would bark ALL DAY and I’ve seen it jump at other dogs and humans, including myself. The elevator was always broken. There’s only 2 and one would always be broken more than it was working. They’re also super slow. The fire alarm also went off multiple times in the middle of the night in a time span of like 2 weeks. Not very walkable to many places / the metro, it says this complex is in courthouse but it’s more so Lyon park neighborhood. When I moved out, they held onto my ID. Whenever I came back to grab my ID, the leasing office door was locked and I had to wait over an hour for them to come back so I could get my ID since I can’t drive without my license lol (it was NOT their lunch break either and there were two others who had been waiting even longer than me). When I moved in, the dishwasher and washer both had black mold in them and there was a very large dead roach in my room :). I lived on the second floor and the one and only time I ever went out to our balcony, there were roaches everywhere. I am still receiving calls from the call box even though I moved out months ago. Pros - maintenance is great and comes so quickly and the amenities are great (pool, community rooms, movie rooms, etc.)

Please be wary of their general manager Charlotte.
I toured the apartment with Mr. Callahan who was respectful and helpful. while I did like what I saw in the apartment and I was considering to move to this apartment complex, I recently had a very horrible interaction on phone call with their general manager Charlotte who would not listen and would just steam roll the entire conversation. If this is how she treats potential lessor , then god knows how she would treat people who already live there.
I am glad I found out now how they treat people and not later when I would have already moved in with such unprofessional management.
To whom ever already lives there, I wish you the best of luck.
