The parking is less than ideal but it’s in the midst of a busy area with major roads and high rises all around so not much to work with. That said, the slurpees were working and the store was organized.

7-11 always has fresh doughnuts, and the sandwiches are good when you want something quick to eat.

One of the worst 7 eleven I have ever visited. This is a busy store, whenever I go there see a long line infront of the sales counter. As a neighbour, I go to this store several time. Most of the time I see only one cashier working in the sales counter. Specially for this store, one person isn’t enough to run the sales counter fast.

Unsafe environment. Creeps follow you around: Stay away if you’re a lone woman going into this store.
Was subject to a litany of vitriol and very colorful epithets after a short 5’3” middle aged, African American man accosted me in a random attempt to engage in confrontation and continued to harass me while I was waiting in line quietly because I flinched and immediately jumped back. I was getting a few things as I was situated in a nearby hotel and didn’t want to travel too far by walking.

By far one of the worst experience I have ever had in a 7-Eleven.
I bought a Ricola mint. The staff after ringing me up attempted to keep my reciept which signaled a red flag. After I insisted & got my receipt I noticed I was wrongly charged a dollar more than the price of the item which was costed at 3:79 on the shelf. The staff first confidently but wrongly insisted that the one dollar difference was for tax. This "tax" did not reflect on the reciept.
When I insisted, the second staff followed me to the shelf & verified that the item was wrongly placed.
I proceeded to request for a refund but the staff refused stating that the shop has a no refund policy.
I won't recommend anyone to shop at this store.

Far from the worst 7-Eleven location I've visited, but man, it feels unsafe at this store, which is odd as the neighborhood itself (Crystal City) is actually quite nice. The plaza this store is located in is always frequented by drifters, vagrants and panhandlers, most of whom innocently aimless, but a few quite sketchy in demeanor. The store itself is decent; the layout is fine, relatively clean by convenience store standards, inventory is usually not an issue, and the staff rather helpful. That being said, I'd highly encourage corporate to do something about the level of vagrancy at this location, especially after dark.
