Staff is dishonest. I bought a $22 charger which did not work and came in 10 minutes after purchase to return it for a refund. They told me they cannot see orders from 10 minutes prior and therefore cannot offer me a refund. In no legal business in the US do they not have a history of prior purchases. I would rather be told they have a no refund policy than told this blatant lie. I’ve never had an issue with returns at other 7/11s

It’s a good location and better than some other 7-11 stores but there are always beggars outside and sometimes they’re pretty aggressive. I actually had one follow me around inside the store constantly harassing me today because he was a couple bucks short for his purchase (2 bottles of malt liquor and smokes) and the store management doesn’t seem to care. Be careful if you go here.

Very unfriendly. Doesn't want to let anybody use the restroom even though it's 7-Eleven policy. The customers get to use the restroom.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This is easily the friendliest and fully stocked location in this area. In my opinion. Every time I go in I have a wonderful experience. The cashiers are polite and give you extra napkins. And they don’t always charge for bags! Very kind and decent location! It blows the one across the street from me away!! Keep it up guys!

In most 7/11 establishments they don't serve you kindly, they just want money, they don't care about the customer, these people, the majority come from Bangladesh ??. India ?? Pakistan ?? and Arab countries that do not have education to serve the customer

The owner of this 7-Eleven houses and condones violent and aggressive beggars in front of his store that drink and do drugs while begging from honest Americans. The neighborhoods downfall is bc of the owner who lives in VA Square Towers and chooses to not prosecute beggars doing drugs and drinking in front of his store. And takes advantage of his night employees for having them deal with homeless trash hanging in the store stealing while you pay and work everyday. The owner is a coward.

Very rude staff who are quick to escalate a small issue into an argument and very slow to actually give a hoot about finding a solution. There is another 7-11 just two blocks away that actually treats their customers like people. Skip this store and go to the one on Wilson and you'll be much happier.

The worst 711 I have been too. The atm machine doesn't half work. No paper in the machine to print out a receipt .I will never go in there again

Was charged 6.49 for a half gallon of milk even though the price was listed for 3.69. The lady never even gave me my receipt.
