Had 500 points to redeem for a small slurpee so I got a small slurpee. I had another coupon for an any-size slurpee, which I was saving for later. I told the cashier I wanted to redeem my 500 points for a small slurpee and showed him my coupon/barcode on my app.
Cashier still ended up taking my other coupon anyway (I guess they can do that on their screen), which I didn’t notice until I got home. 7-11 really just couldn’t bear to lose those extra few cents.

…went in to redeem my points but they said that they don’t carry the size….what is the point of the rewards if they don’t carry them?

They used to have the best ice cream--7-11 brand salted caramel but no longer carry it.

This place is not well cleaned, maintained or stocked. Parking lot dirty and smelly. Staff not friendly, feel like I’m interrupting when I walk in. Eyesore to the neighborhood. Parking lot and store is a local hang out for Uber/lyft drivers who chill and smoke in lot. Also attracts homeless, not sure why.

This is by far my favorite 7-Eleven! I've even gotten to know a lot of their customers because I guess they think it's a friendly place to go as well. All of the employees are outstanding, great at their jobs, helpful , and just a lot more customer oriented then I get at other 7-Elevens, Except one older guy with glasses and he's kind of tall who works in the evenings usually, who just seems lazy and generally abrasive...... All of my day guys are GREAT

As a pressure washing professional, I recently had the opportunity to service the 7-Eleven at 17 S Carlin Springs Rd in Arlington, VA. I made sure to thoroughly clean the parking area and entrance, removing all gum, grime, and any unpleasant smells. The result is a spotless and welcoming environment for all customers. The staff inside are just as great, offering friendly and efficient service. I’m proud to have contributed to making this one of the cleanest 7-Eleven locations around. Highly recommend checking it out!

I stop by this 7/11 for a quick pick up of coffee before work at least 1x a week. There's always good parking. The cashier people are always really nice to me. The coffee bar is clean and stocked. I don't get food here but I do window shop it and it looks fine. It's a good 7/11!!! Not sure why it has such low stars.

Another disgusting 7-11 in Arlington. Went to get a cup of coffee and walked out..... not worth the infection. Mold on cream and the jets the coffee comes out of. Arlington health. Please just go fine these owners into compliance..
