I cannot be more pleased with these people. A Cleaning Service makes it as easy as sending a text to communicate with the company and payment is just as convenient. Each member of the crew has done an excellent job—we get the same level of excellence from each of them. They are quick, efficient, yet thorough and know how to work around you.I have appreciated their flexibility in scheduling as sometimes we need to move the appointment due to the nature of our own work. A simple text handles it.You can actually see the results of their work each time they clean! The best company we have ever used!

My previous cleaners discontinued their services in DC, and a friend recommended that I try A Cleaning Service. I have had no regrets. They are friendly, flexible, responsive, affordable and dedicated to providing an outstanding service. Even my cats have come to see them as family! ☺️

Well her reviews are good but BEWARE, if you don't commit to bi-weekly service, she will cancel her crew before they have made their first visit. True story. I never met Beatriz. I have never met her cleaning crew. They were scheduled to arrive at my condo at nine tomorrow. Today, I was asked to commit to bi-weekly service which I did. It is not easy to get decent or above average cleaning. But I made the mistake of adding a caveat to my commitment to bi-weekly service. I said my intent was to keep her team coming every two weeks but their performance might influence that decision. Well, A-Cleaning Service, Beatriz, does not give the benefit of the doubt to the new client. She simply said she canceled and would not send the crew she had promised. Obviously she does not lack for clients and can afford to be picky. Still I wish she had had a strong confidence in her team's ability to do a good job. Instead she pulled the plug on me and it was all over before it began. Not a good feeling. On the other hand I questioned why Beatriz never visited my unit, told me only that a new crew would come tomorrow at 9:00a.m I was not sure what to expect. She told me she would not be coming to make introductions of her crew to me or to inspect the property. And she added they speak Portuguese but can communicate with basic English. Somehow that customer feeling was absent. It appears clients are a dime a dozen and she can pick and choose. Which she did. Tomorrow my condo will NOT be cleaned by A Cleaning Service. Queasy feeling!!.

Marybel & Blanca are friendly, thorough and prompt - just lovely to work with! Whenever an issue has come up, scheduling or otherwise, they are flexible and understanding too. Highly recommend working with A Cleaning Service!

I've been a client for almost 10 years. A Cleaning Service is outstanding. The cleaning crew is thorough, efficient, trustworthy and reliable. Whenever there was a small issue (and after so many years it's bound to happen) it is quickly resolved. I can't recommend them highly enough.

A Cleaning Service has been cleaning our home for several years now. We took a break because of COVID, but now a cleaning crew comes again once every other week. Thank goodness! The weekends are once again a bit more relaxing and less stressful knowing that cleaning the house doesn’t need to be our priority. We have the same team coming all the time so they know what to do, how, and leave our home smelling freshly clean. What a great feeling it is to see a clean house after a long work day!
