If I could give no stars to this bank I would. Customer service is the absolute worst I have never encountered such a terrible establishment especially on the phone they are no help whatsoever. They try to get rid of me as soon as I get i touch with someone just so they don’t have to deal with me. Please save your time in not getting into business with this bank

AUB has served our business accounts very well over the past five years - first as Access National, now as Atlantic Union. Staff has been excellent and knowledgable, while being certain that all of our business needs are met. And they know who we are, too. Not all banks are created equal. I like their culture. Highly recommend.

Needed to make a deposit to cover an automatic draw overnight. Got there promptly before 5:00 but very close. Door locked. Everyone gone. So tried to find ATM to make deposit. THERE IS NO ATM. Staff makes sure they are not around so absence of service can’t be confused with poor service. Do not use this bank if possible, ever. Small time with small time thinking, been a customer for a long time and will dump as soon as possible.
