I truly LOVE my agent Adria Brown and Allstate. My experience with the company and the team has always been the very best. From day one until now, Adria always takes the time to communicate with me to help me understand my policy and answer all of my questions. No matter when I call or reach out, Adria always makes me feel like I'm her only customer. I left my previous insurance company because of lack of communication, follow up and rudeness. I do not have these or any issues with Allstate. I will NEVER leave Adria. As a matter of fact, I have finally convinced my husband to join Allstate, as well. I so appreciate her professionalism, attention to detail, communication and her very thorough job knowledge. I hope she's rewarded for her hard work. I wish I could give her TEN STARS!!!!

I needed to update my policy, so I called and left a message after hours. I didn't expect to hear back until the next day, but Daniel reached out to me within minutes. A few texts later and my policy was updated. The whole process could not have been quicker or easier.

Daniel Sanguino was an excellent agent to work with. In preparation for my relocation to Virginia, he helped to get me a new policy at a reasonable price. He explained my policy coverage and made appropriate recommendations that I took into consideration. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the various policies. I highly recommend him and the process was seamless.

Terrible claims experience! Almost comically disorganized and frustrating. Once I filed my claim (easy enough), there's been no accountability or customer service. An adjuster was assigned, who did nothing and didn't get back to me. Then the claim was reassigned to another adjuster, who promised to review the case and get back to me by a specific date. That date came and went a month ago! After 2 months since filing, my claim is still open without progress toward resolution, despite my many efforts to follow up and provide information and documents to the adjuster and claims team. Once they claimed (after weeks passed) that they didn't receive it. Another time they acknowledged receipt and have since provided no further response. Outrageously poor service and unacceptable claims resolution process.
