Long time AE customer. I prefer buying online as I did not have a good in-person shopping experience at another location I went to a few years ago. This store and staff here is excellent. I didn’t catch the name of the customer service person today, but she was very helpful! I’ll definitely come back to this location for my next purchase. Thank you!

Horrible location and the worst customer service ever. Rude, angry, and incompetent staff. Female employe became very hostile and aggressive when I asked for help. Refused to remove earbuds to help customers. Accused another customer in the store of being a racist. This location is a poor reflection on your brand. If you wait to buy Allen Edmonds products, go to the Tysons store.

I forgot to get his name, but I would like management to know that the gentleman who was working around 1 p.m. on Sunday March 13, 2022 is very helpful and gives great advice. You can tell he has been selling shoes for a while.

Beautiful shoes. Make sure you get your size and width right. Mine are a bit narrow, I'll patiently wait for them to stretch a bit.

Bought two shoes, returned one. Have yet to receive an update or my funds returned because there is always a high turnover in this AL Bundy industry. $400 down the toilet.

I had my first visit to Allen Edmonds this past Columbus Day and it was a great one. I have not been educated on shoes before and Derrick Aaron was a wealth of knowledge. I was with a friend who was celebrating his birthday and wanted to get another pair from Allen Edmonds and I was just going to go in with him while we were in the mall and I ended up buying 2 pairs and have never worn more comfortable shoes. Fantastic styling and worth every penny. What I was most impressed with was Mr. Aaron and his ability to make us feel at home, educate, and provide services to is and a busy store on a holiday. They are lucky to have him, and I will return just for the experience!

One of the few shoes made in the USA. Wisconsin, to be specific. I started buying AE shoes 10 years ago. I'd like to say something that I don't understand about men's shoes. If you spend $70,000 on a car, your friends and family say "wow, awesome car". If you buy a home for $800,000 they "ooh" and "ahh". Get a Rolex for $20,000 and you get compliments from strangers. But spend $400-$600 on a pair of high quality shoes and all of a sudden you're out of your mind and ostracized for being a crazy person! . Well call me crazy then. The price of these well-made high quality shoes is worth the product. They are not like chinese made shoes that are cheaply constructed, glued together, made with insoles that wear out in a year with fake leather causing you to replace them annually. No. You keep AE shoes because they last forever. Heel wears out in a couple years? Get it repaired. Looking dingy? Shine them or get them professionally shined. Sole worn out after years of service? Send then to the factory to get re-constructed, they come back brand new! Although even after 10 years I haven't done that yet. Just replaced a few heel plates. Quality US made men's shoes like AE and Alden have a leather sole, leather uppers and are goodyear welted (sole stitched to the upper). Cheap shoes put fake stitching on the bottom for that fake welted look, with "man made" uppers. You'll find "made in china" inside the tongue 95% of the time. The other 5% is India, Brazil, or Vietnam. For slightly more than the price of 2 dinner and movie nights, you can have dress shoes that will last. If you're still wary, go to an AE store, look around, talk to the very knowledgeable sales staff. Maybe try on a pair. Don't forget to check out their very high quality belts as well. Known for their shoes, the belts are equally as good.

Service was great but the selection to try different styles and sizes was limited. Otherwise 5 stars.

My wife and I had the opportunity to meet and work with Derrick, the store manager. He was polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable - taking the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and offering options that would match the kind of shoes I was looking for. You cannot go wrong with Derrick or this store!

I'm now permanently abandoning the Allen Edmonds brand and strongly recommending that my friends do the same. I bought a pair of loafers and sized them based on the manager's recommendation. I've previously trusted in AE staff sizing recommendations and didn't think to question this. After about 20 minutes of light wear I realized they were sized far too loose for loafers and brought them back with essentially no signs of wear. I've exchanged AE shoes in this state with no issues in the past and understood this was in line with the company's customer service policy. The staff informed me, very curtly, that because the shoes had been worn outside the store they could no longer be returned or exchanged. They then attempted to sell me some internal pads that gave my feet turf burn in the few seconds I tested them. When the manager called to follow up, he reiterated the change in return policy but said they would be able to provide inserts that would help with the fit. I went into the store today and was told by the same staff that they don't sell any form of inserts. I found out a few minutes ago that the company changed hands since the last time I shopped there and no longer take the same approach to customer care. Apparently the materials used have declined since then as well. That combined with the inconsistent and disrespectful treatment I've experienced at this location lead me to think I'd be better off spending slightly more for the higher quality of competitors like Alden. I strongly recommend that you avoid AE and this store in particular and take your business to other shops that behave in line with the premium brand they advertise.

Excellent shoes made in Wisconsin. They sell expensive and high quality items.
