I’m very happy with the bodywork. It took a long time to get parts due to Mercedes parts shortages but it was well worth the wait. Only small hiccups with communication but face-to-face customer service was great but phone calls were not always answered or emails. Natalie was my service advisor. She was fantastic!.I would certainly use them again for any other car issues that need fixing. My wife has a Lexus that has scratches on the hood that I’m thinking about bringing to them for repair.

Had issues and hiccups. But I have to say their body work is impeccable. I’ve done a lot of body work and painting myself and my car front end looks brand new

I took the my car after accident for this location, I took photos after towing , back bumper not damage before , I showed him photos my proof, but mr mark there never agree and he keep telling me damage is before, he said he is not going to repair that, also I hear noice on noice coming same driver side , he said it’s a seat but I still hear noice , they are try to wash there hands , they don’t help but I will take necessary action if his GM manager not take action, I have proof all the details, this is my first and last visit I guess. I advice you do not go this place they will damage your car more.

Outstanding Repair & Service! I took my car here after it was in a serious accident. Mark was very helpful and precise in looking over the damage and assessing what needed to be done - he has a keen eye for detail. Mark made sure the car showed no sign of the accident when I came to pick it up. Everything was fixed and he made sure it was cleaned for presentation. Mark and His Team take pride in what they do and it shows!

Rude and arrogant. I made an appointment with Natalie. I called and apologized asking if I can bring the car another day since something came up and I needed my car. She yelled at me for being late. First, this is not a doctor’s appointment and it’s simply an intake of information. Second, no technician was waiting to fix my car at that very moment. I asked if she can give me an estimate how long it takes. She was yelling again. She said she doesn’t even want to answer my question. What kind of attitude is that? You can give a ballpark: you can’t tell me it will be a few weeks or a few months? The entire phone call she was talking me down, condescending and rude. I don’t know she is like that to all people or just discriminatory against me.Treat people with some respect!

Outstanding Service received from Mercedes Benz of Arlington! Mr. Alvin Daniels provided some quality and detailed service while my wife and I shopped for a new vehicle. His relentless attitude was so amazing. We were looking for a specific vehicle and color and Mr. Alvin Daniels displayed his expertise with finding the right vehicle for us. We are super happy with this Outstanding Service and have already started passing this to friends and family. This was my 2nd time seeking autobody repairs after a minor collision in the past 5 years. The staff is excellent and extremely transparent about the insurance claims process. Would recommend their autobody and collision center to anyone needing work -- Mercedes or other makes!

Worst experience ever , I ordered a G63 from them on Nov 2nd 2020 which is a paid 30k over the msrp to get it and the car just arrived yesterday to the dealership, I went today to pick it up when I arrived they told me the car had an accident yesterday when they were doing the pre inspection test drive so the manager (Mark Zetlin) hes so rude and unprofessional offered to fix the car which was a full rear bumper replacement and the rear gate have to be replaced and painted as well and it's going to take another month to get it done, so I told the manager Mark Zetlin at least to reduce the 30k to 10k since the car had an accident now he didn't agree and said he will fix it and sell it, so guys be careful the vin number for the car W1NYC7HJ0MX387753 black matte with red interior.

Amazing experience at The Mercedes-Benz of Arlington Collision Center with Manager Mark and his expert staff repairing door scratches I made on my navy blue GLK as shown in the attached before and after photos. As background, apartment garage sediment leaked from the ceiling onto my car after a snowy day, which I removed using a wet paper towel, not realizing until after I left the low lit garage the scratch damage I had done. Then I made it worse by applying/using a paint touch up kit (you can see the blue blob in the before photo next to the remaining adjacent scratches). Mark was so professional scheduling my visit the same day, going over the situation, and coordinating the service professional who worked on my car (he quickly within 1/2 hour did an awesome job removing my touch up paint blob I created, buffing out my car door so there is 0 evidence of scratches...literally like magic)! See last after photo. I am so grateful to Mark and his staff. Thank you very much for making my car look brand new again.

If you're allergic to dogs like I am, don't go to the parts department. As if the woman being rude wasn't bad enough, her big dog runs around like it's his house. I love animals, too, but a public business isn't the place. You never know how severe someone allergies may be.
