The manager was so helpful and pleasant. I bought a dress I needed to wear that day. She insisted on steaming it for me😊What an unexpected thoughtful act:)) I will return when I need something fast.

I've been searching for work clothes (i.e. business casual and business professional clothes) for weeks! I was pleasantly welcomed into the store by Hanya, who helped me with all of my sizing needs. I was able to find quite the selection and can now say I am building my dream capsule closet. All due to Hanya's assistance. She was extremely warm and helpful. I remember asking for a blazer that was a few sizes too small, Hanya instantly found the right size for me within seconds! lol If you are ever visiting the store, request to work with Hanya, you won't be disappointed.

Hanya helped me to find the most amazing oufit for my swering-in ceremony! She was very sweet and gave me several options to the point I couln't decide what dress to take and ended up getting 2. Great service!

Usually have a great experience at Ann Taylor which keeps me shopping at the store. Today, I was in the store and had horrible customer service from the manager Payton. I went to the front of the store not ask for help because the other employees were taking their cues from the manager. The person at the front was super helpful. Will think twice about shopping here again since management is not helpful and customer service friendly.
