the first women i talked to was nice and i made appointment for the vision pro to try it on and they guy i was with was for the appointment so boring. He stopped half way to text on his phone and wasn’t nice at all.

My girlfriend went to the Apple store to get help for her Macbook Air 2020 that was not turning on. The store was completely empty, and she brought it to them. They tried to turn it off and on again. When that didn't work, they said there's nothing they can do and she should leave. Apple Corporate, this is absolutely pathetic.

At the Apple store my phone is no longer under warranty and yet the customer service was excellent. Needless to say I left satisfied and phone acting like it had a little bit of sense?

If you have any Apple related issues, go ahead and skip the store. They said that my problem is not real because of their crappy 5 minute diagnostics test. Talked to both managers working today and they all said they had to contact online support.There were solution was for me to pay 30 bucks for an express replacement yet the item is actually just defective, and would normally be covered under AppleCare if if they cannot replicate the issues.Just look at any other reviews, there is a clear systemic issue of customer service and knowledge at this store and the managers are also at fault.This is a total letdown from Apple Pentagon city. Managers here are rude and useless. Apple do better.

Wonderful, productive experience- staff greeted me at the door and set me up with an appointment. After 5 minutes a team member approached me and quickly fixed my problem IPad. Will definitely return to that store

This store is so unprofessional, I went in for a walk in and was the second person in line when the store opened, I got a text letting me know that I was next up in line and to let a representative know I was present, I did just that and wind up waiting hours to be seen, people were coming into the store getting seen as soon as they walked in and I’m sure everyone did not have a appointment.

What can I say about Apple stores ? there is always something interesting to see. I really loved the service of the sellers, always attentive to answering any questions.
