Dominick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about AT&T. He was successfully helping 3 people at once and every single one, including myself, was pleased with his service. He has a phenomenal work ethic, maintains a calm demeanor during stressful situations, and deserves recognition for the exceptional service he provides. I wish I lived in Virginia so I could have the service Dominick provides!! Thank you Virginia Pentagon Mall AT&T for providing exceptional customer service and support.

I am a loyal AT&T customer for the past 17 years pentagon city store has become my go to for all of AT&T products and services nicks customer service is superb and his knowledge of the products is impeccable I will continue to recommend this location to friends and family

This review is for Nick...YOU'RE GREAT!!! My wife had some questions about the different sizes and features of the apple watches, and he was so knowledgeable about it, I ended up purchasing both of us 1!!!!! He was patient with us, helped look thru my bill to make sure I was using exactly what I'm paying for,gave us some insight on how to move forward with condensing our data usage and iCloud. The guy was so cool and laid back, he made it a good experience.
Nick needs a raise...FOR SURE!!!!

Terrible experience at the AT&T store in Pentagon City Mall. We switched to AT&T on 3/16/2025 after speaking with Destiny, who helped set up our order. AT&T messed up the request, forcing us to go back twice. They still sent the wrong phone, so I decided to return everything and switch back to Verizon.
At the store, Samuel greeted us with attitude and refused to listen. I explained that Destiny knew the case, but he got aggressive, blamed her for being new, and insisted on charging a restocking fee—despite AT&T’s website and customer service confirming we were eligible for a full refund. He also refused to take back the third phone, contradicting what multiple reps told us. It was bought in the store but shipped, however he refused to collect contradicting what the customer service told us. I have the label and I’ll ship it anyways.
Frustrated, my family and I paid the fees and left. AT&T needs to train their employees better—Samuel was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Avoid this store if you want decent customer service!

Disappointed. Making junior employees as escape goats in front of customers at that was the culmination of a bad experience I have had in the store. The gentleman with the name tag Samuel was unable or unwilling for a customer to put a word in let alone finish a sentence. he was unprofessional if not down right rude he was interrupting the customer before me. I had to stop myself from stepping in. On top of that he was blaming any number of his colleagues for anything and everything claiming to have worked there for 3 years and knowing everything there is to know God forbid. The other staff members such as Destiny and the manager Ron were helpful respectful and knowledgeable. The store is clean, inviting and fun place for shopping. I hope Samuel gets all the help he can get to be a better associate.

on July 23, I went into this branch to purchase a new iPhone 15 Pro Max. I was helped by an associate name Nicholas he rushed through the process, Although it did not initially bother me later, proved to be detrimental. I was sold a defective iPhone with a scratch on the front screen. Nicholas did not help me set it up because he stated that he would not be able to do the iCloud transfer so it was no need to open the iPhone in the store. I open the iPhone in the parking lot of the mall to see that it has a surface level scratch on the screen. I immediately brought it back into the store. It was met with so much aggression confrontation and I was told the only solution was to pay a $60 fee for a phone. I purchased less than 10 minutes ago that is clearly defective. The branch manager was no help and offered no customer service. I am a nurse and customer service is the pillar and many professions this was a lack of empathy and service. No solution or even an apology was offered

I came in and worked with Samuel today, and he fixed my issue quickly. Prior to my visit, I had spent 2 hours with two different ATT customer service representatives on the phone trying to get the cellular to work on my new Apple Watch, and neither one of them were able to fix the issue. Samuel fixed it all within minutes while maintaining a friendly and professional manner throughout. It was SUCH a relief! Thank you, Samuel!
