I had an excellent experience at this AT&T store! Jordon was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He answered all of my questions and even went the extra mile to suggest options that would save me money. He took care of everything I needed in less than an hour!
Bobby, the manager, was also a gem. He made the return process quick and easy, and his professionalism really stood out. This was by far the best service I’ve received at any AT&T location in years. Kudos to the whole team!

Service was good and fast except I asked that the new phone not be activated. This caused an out of state customer to lose phone service. Had to go through customer service to get an old phone reactivated because of this.

Outstanding service. I entered knowing nothing about modern phones, and asked what they would recommend for an inexpensive starter phone.
They recommended the Nokia 3.1a (my visit there was in 2018).
I couldn't be happier with their recommendation.
It, together with an AT&T prepaid plan, met both my price expectations and my needs.
The service was fast, courteous, and effective.

I just wanted to share some great feedback about Jordan. I had an awesome experience, and he really made it stand out. He was extremely helpful, took the time to listen, and recommended the best options for what I was dealing with. Overall experience was seamless, I'll be back for sure!

Would absolutely not recommend this branch. They only know how to sell to you. If you have any issues, they know absolutely nothing. They will send you away to deal with customer service. This branch is pointless.
If you need anything other than to buy a phone case, do not come to this store.
Can we petition to use this building for another coffee shop or bakery instead of a pointless AT&T?

Amien was outstanding in helping me set up my phone. He knew what needed to do and did it! Pleasant and informative when asked a question, I was able to follow his directions easily! You have an outstanding person on your team.
