Looked like they had been robbed. No drinks, no snacks, no computers for repairs. They had just been bought, I was told, after arriving, could not diagnose my car, and it was re-booked weeks later. One extra star for the front desk at the service department, good job.

If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and take your car literally anywhere else.
Audi Arlington had my car for 83 days, repeatedly tried to make me pay thousands for a repair that was fully covered under warranty, and treated me with rudeness and hostility that required corporate intervention.
I’ve serviced my car at Audi dealers across the country with no issues. This location is the only one that operated in bad faith. Please read the other reviews and BBB complaints— my experience is not an exception, it’s a pattern.

I am honestly shocked by how bad the dealership experience is here, especially when there are so many other Audi dealerships in the area that are way better. I purchase a lot of high end vehicles, I should be a customer they would want since I am a repeat customer if I have a good experience at a dealership.
Their pricing is way off market value and they don’t even seem to care that it hurts their sales and reputation. I went in the dealership with all intentions to purchase a vehicle and then they offered me 10K under market value for my trade in. When I told them how insulting that offer was they did not care. The next day I went to a different dealership who gave me 11k more than Audi of Arlington offered for my trade and I purchased the vehicle at that dealership.
There is a reason the reviews here are terrible, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Oh and the icing on the cake, one of the workers crashed someone’s Q5 by hopping the curb and totally ripping off the front fender. If you recently had a service that took way longer than expected maybe it’s because they tried to hide the fact that they crashed your car.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my new vehicle through Audi Arlington with the help of a fantastic salesman, Majid Magazachi. Majid provided me with great customer service, was personable and was able to walk me through the entire process with no hassle. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make a new purchase!

The other negative reviews are not wrong.
Went to test drive an SQ5 today. I walked through the show room twice and no one even said hi to me - I had to finally find someone to help me.
The real reason for the negative review is the test drive - the vehicle had a mechanical failure that said service immediately. The sales rep told me “it was fine” and to continue the test drive as no one’s driven the car in a while (SQ5s are somewhat hard to come by - how long was it sitting and why?)
Getting on 395, the vehicle shifted gears very rough three times, I asked if this was normal and was told yes (if you’ve ever driven a car before you would know it’s not). Then, the check engine light came on and my speed was restricted to 45mph. I again said this is not normal and was told “it’s fine speed up”. I said can’t it’s floored as I aggressively slammed the pedal to the floorboard.
Fast forward back at the dealer, and he asks me if I’m ready to talk numbers. I said I needed to know what was wrong with it “it’s fine, service will look at it”. So we talk numbers and they want to run my credit - I again said not until I know whats wrong with it, can we find that out? He said something probably just needs to be plugged in. I said can we talk about the purchase price, and he said not without running my credit.
Salesman goes to get his manager who asks me what the issue is. I explain whats transpired and the manager says “it’s not a problem it just needs a software update”.
They will take it to service Monday and have it updated and ready for me… 🫠.
Between the weird customer service, and the off the wall test drive and reaction, I’d check one of the other nearby Audi dealerships with higher ratings.

Subject: Extremely Disappointing Service Experience – 2022 Audi A3
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Arlington dealership regarding my 2022 Audi A3.
Since purchasing this vehicle, I have consistently maintained all services through your dealership. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me with serious concerns about both the quality of service and the professionalism of your team.
My first major issue occurred when the vehicle suddenly lost all power — no start, no lights, nothing. I had the car towed to the dealership, where I was told that due to the system outage tied to the Audi computer hacking incident, the technicians were unable to perform a full diagnostic scan. I was informed that the technician had manually “reset” the vehicle but could not provide a concrete explanation for the failure. This was concerning and left me uncertain about the reliability of my car moving forward.
Over the following months, the car continued to display sporadic warning lights and alerts. The most recent issue was an oil pressure warning. Once again, I brought the vehicle in for service, and once again, the experience was disappointing. After a full week with no updates, I had to call to inquire about the status myself. When I finally received the car, the service manager explained that the issue had been “reset” and described it as “electrical,” but could not provide a clear explanation of the cause or the steps taken to confirm resolution.
When I requested to speak directly with the technician for clarity, I was told he was unavailable. I also asked for a copy of the test plan or diagnostic results and was told I would receive it the following day. Despite multiple follow-up calls and texts, I never received it.
This level of service is unacceptable. The lack of communication, documentation, and transparency eroded my confidence in the dealership’s ability to accurately diagnose and resolve issues with my vehicle. Ultimately, I lost faith in both the service process and the dealership’s commitment to customer care. Within the same week, I made the decision to end my relationship with Audi Arlington altogether and pursue a lease through BMW.
I share this experience not only to document my dissatisfaction but also to highlight the financial and emotional impact of such inadequate service. I would not recommend this dealership to others, as my experience reflects a troubling lack of communication, accountability, and technical competence.

I was referred to Audi Arlington by a friend and I bought a certified pre-owned car from Shawn Vahid. I traded in a Volvo and got the right trade in the process was smooth and easy. I am very happy. Pat from Arlington

Extremely disappointing experience. I paid in full for a used car, but before I could even drive it off the lot, the dealership suddenly claimed the vehicle wouldn't pass inspection and said they couldn’t sell it to me. A month later, I saw the exact same car listed again — now priced $4,000 higher.
They wasted three full days of my time and caused unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, because they delayed returning the loan check, my lender wanted to charge me interest. The whole situation felt dishonest and manipulative. I would not trust this dealership.

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS – If you’re due for a recall or need service, I strongly recommend going to a different dealership.
I came in for a recall service but was told there was oil mixing with my coolant. Without even opening the coolant reservoir or asking any diagnostic questions (like whether the coolant had a creamy texture, unusual smell, or rust in the thermostat), the advisor jumped straight to a major repair suggestion and quote. He insisted that this issue was “far more important” than my recall.
To make matters worse, during my scheduled appointment, he couldn’t even reach a technician. After wasting my time and offering no real answers, I decided to leave.
Save yourself the frustration—take your vehicle somewhere that values your time and does proper diagnostics before making assumptions.

Shoutout to Luke Berryman!! I came in a couple of months ago to get an oil change, and had a couple of questions about trade-in possibilities. Luke was straightforward, kind, and informative about a potential trade-in process! I'll be here for the long haul thanks to Luke's customer service! Thanks, Audi Arlington!

Absolutely awful. The first time we went in, they scratched our car. The second time, they messed up the paint on the car. Really just unbelievable. They promised a refund. We followed up repeatedly with the manager who said “it’s processing.” It’s been more than a month. Do not go here.

I found out a year after that they soled me a car that could not pass inspection with a valid inspection sticker that they provided. A few months after the deal I got harassed. They never told the lender to send them the title and told me I was going to be prosecuted if I didn’t had it to them.
