About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental Arlington is a well-known car rental company recognized for its strong customer loyalty and quality service. Customers appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, who often go above and beyond, such as retrieving heavy items or providing upgrades like a brand new Hyundai. The rental process is convenient, with airport pickup and shuttle service, although parking can be challenging. Customers have received good service even during busy times, and some have been pleased with free vehicle exchanges at different locations. Most vehicles meet expectations, though one customer noted a smoke smell in a rental SUV instead of a full-size car. Overall, Avis is praised for its great customer care, friendly staff, and quality support, with particular commendation for store management. Despite minor issues, the experience with Avis Car Rental Arlington remains positive, highlighting its reputation as a top brand in the industry.

I had a great experience renting a car from Arzy. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Arzy was professional, friendly, and made the rental process quick and hassle-free. I highly recommend his car rental service and would gladly rent from him again.

Great option when flying to DCA. Really nice staff, including Birtukan, who got me a really nice Volvo for a day trip to Annapolis.
