To be fair the mall itself is okay, but the escalator design to get to the food court is atrocious. I happen to go to the food court a lot and for some reason, the escalator that I need to take to get either up or down is always the further escalator. They need to switch them so they go the opposite way! I will change my review once they fix this

Best centralized food selection in Arlington ?Food court, ice rink, and cinema are a great time especially with the new renovationsParking is now a gates open, self payment style which requires an app so be weary.

Good selection of restaurants but the retail side is a little soft. Lots of parking and easy to get to.

Fun place to explore. Our large family group ate at the food court, which is one of the better ones I have seen. A lot better food selection than your typical mall fast-food options.

They renovate almost everything here. Good ambience. Not too much people around the surroundings. Peaceful.

Ballston Quarter seemed like a winter wonderland when I visited on a Friday night. But as I navigated the labyrinthine walkways, a few quirks left me slightly disoriented. The star of the show, of course, was the majestic Christmas tree. Its twinkling lights cast a festive glow, perfect for holiday cheer. However, the sight of someone dismantling it at 8 PM on a Friday night struck me as strange, almost like witnessing Santa packing up his sleigh before Christmas Eve. And to top it off, the lack of safety barriers around the dismantling process added a touch of unnecessary risk. Perhaps this dismantling was due to special circumstances, but it certainly put a slight damper on the otherwise festive atmosphere. Adding to the confusion was the layout of Ballston Quarter itself. The interconnected buildings and pathways felt like a maze, especially for a first-time visitor like me. A clearer signage system or map would have been greatly appreciated. Despite these hiccups, I still enjoyed my time at Ballston Quarter. The holiday decorations were charming, and the variety of shops and restaurants offered something for everyone. The overall vibe was vibrant and trendy. So, my verdict on Ballston Quarter: 4 stars. It's a great place to soak up the holiday spirit, with a vibrant atmosphere and diverse offerings. However, I urge them to improve the safety measures during dismantling operations and consider investing in better signage to ease visitor navigation. With these slight tweaks, Ballston Quarter could be a truly delightful holiday destination.

Modernized shopping mall with a unique food court. Everything is expensive but nothing is bad either. Nice place to chill or eat with people wanting different kinds of food.

Scam parking garage. Switched to an app system that doesn't work and is full of hidden fines and violations. Stay away!
