Great staff, great products, honest prices (competitive with internet ones or even better), great in person service. They exactly understood what we needed. We bought a Scott e-mountain bike a couple of months ago: it is great, very light, you can use it with no motor, but then the motor helps you when there is an uphill. BigWheelBike's staff perfectly tuned and adjusted the emtb. Some weeks later, we bought a second one, similar, and we were offered a great deal to upgrade the first one with electronic gear shifter. They perfectly upgraded. You can feel these guys love bikes, and they know exactly what to do for the best, kind, professional service.

Visited for tuning, but unfortunately I didn’t like the service as still brakes make noise, bike and chain dirty, not sure if cleaning is part of tuning as they charged $130++. May be good for other services but I’m not satisfied for tuning for the amount I paid.

Fast service, honest workers. The actual invoice came in lower than the quote. Thankful that they were upfront with their cost and then found ways to discount and give me the best price. Will continue to come back here.

my favorite bike shop. nice selection of bikes and accessories for sale. best service dept hands down. from the most basic to advanced high end builds. they do it all. fast turn around. nice selection of rentals also for visiting friends including carbon race bikes and ebikes. a real asset to the community of Arlington.

They went out of their way to try to fix my ebike. When it became clear that, through no fault of their own, it was unfixable, they provided me with really excellent advice on what to look for in my next ebike, even though they don't carry that kind of bike in their shop. Just really nice and honest people who know their stuff.

Giving them a good review bc although they couldn’t work on my e-bike and they didn’t know who could specifically, they explained exactly why they couldn’t help (the insurance companies won’t allow them to work on other e-bikes) and gave me multiple recommendations of places that might be able to help. I’ll be taking my mountain bike over soon, so I expect I will be impressed by their actual bike services then!

Great store and staff. I went there looking for new cycling glasses and I was able to try a bunch on and even walk outside to test them in the sunlight. I might’ve been able to get a cheaper price online if I found a sale, but I think it’s important to support local businesses. I ended up purchasing two pairs and am very happy with them! I’m glad I got to try them on.

I recently walked in looking for a Scott road bike and walked out a happy customer. They made some adjustments and swapped in some parts, so I left with everything I needed to get out and ride. I will definitely come back for service and most likely buy another bike here. Another plus, it’s right off the trail with a place to eat outside next door.
