I called to confirm an online order I had placed with Ace and reached Jonathan who was the super helpful in coordinating delivery of an assembled Weber grill to my daughter’s home on the occasion of my son-in-law’s birthday. It was all rather short notice and Jonathan took the time to confirm all the details necessary for a quick delivery in time for the big day, and actually got it there ahead of schedule! Jonathan was most helpful, professional and personable. Highly recommend

John crushed it! Friendly, approachable and and knowledgeable. He knew the entire green egg inventory and helped me find the right size conveggtor for my egg - and i was in a hurry. This is a great neighborhood hardware store. All of the guys working there are so helpful to find things or give some light project advice. Every time I think about going to the big box store, I start at Bill's, and usually find everything I need, with much better store staff at bills.

Came here to have a key made. I like to go to places in the neighborhood if I can rather than the big box stores. Overall they got what I needed done. They had a little trouble with the machine but were trying their best. Would go back again when i'm in the neighborhood.

I live in New York and wanted to buy a Weber grill for my son and his fiancee who live in Falls Church, Virginia. I looked online for a Weber grill seller in the Falls Church area,I was lucky enough to speak to Jonathan at Bill'sTrue Value Hardware who was incredibly knowlegable and helpful as to choosing the right grill, making sure it was in stock, can be assembled and delivered a few days prior to Thanksgiving.We actually spoke a few time to confirm delivery date and time, location and point person.If all the employees shine like Jonathan, then Bill's True Value must be a stellar store.
