Extremely unprofessional and rude. I only considered going back after my first haphazard experience as they were recommended by family. They actually advised me wrongly about DCA, had to check and correct all their submissions with multiple mistakes ( ex. standard deductions claimed when itemized was higher) and they keep blaming software and time for any errors or numbers they can't explain. All reviews seem to be from family and friends. To top it this year, I got $50 increase on my tax bill without any discussions and such bad service. Do not recommend this business. They seem to have too many clients than they can handle anyway.

Mr. Armando is an ignorant professional who doesn't know his job. Don't work with him. He refused to help with filing my wife's ITIN saying that she didn't need one. I am beyond words to describe his level of ignorance as a tax professional.

Bad customer service, for the amount of money paid I got no advise, was rushed to ask any questions and felt like they wanted to have me out the door asap while not checking if I had all the correct documents with me.
