Just returned home from deployment and was eager to find a car. I worked with Leo and his boss Karl. I did not end up leaving with the 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport L because I noticed half way through the negotiations, they switched the vehicle noted on the quote to a 2024 Honda CR-V EX and provided the numbers I was requesting. Very slick. Didn't want to do business with dishonest people.

They are utterly dishonest and basically invent problems with your car. They should be aptly called "Auto disrepair shop". They try to sell you everything under the sun, and you end up paying for issues that never existed. Not going there again.

Go see My Boy Leo Velasquez. He will knock you out the door like Cain Velasquez. In all positive way for the customer. Supremely patient and very knowledgeable. I don’t particularly like the color red but I drove off the lot with one. Listens to your wants and needs and executes the awesome solution available that works for the customer. Financing manager Rita from Lithuania was amazing as well. She helped us breeze through the financing aspect. She took her time explaining the benefits and value of everything available to have your Vehicle protected before we drove off the lot. I forgot the name of the first person form the Used car department that greeted and acknowledged us within the first minute when we were in the lot. Thank you a ton for doing your job well and shining your dealership. Been to many and it’s not often that you get some one coming to assist you right away. God bless this dealership and their staff!!!

My salesperson Polo was extremely attentive to my concerns about the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase, he in great detail explained and gave hands on experience with the vehicle’s features. Polo walked me through the entire process which I greatly appreciated as it was my first brand new car purchase.

My wife and I worked with Toroo Sukhbat to buy a compact SUV for a growing family. Toroo was the first salesman we encountered to truly listen to what we needed. He also added extremely helpful insight from his personal experience, and worked hard to help us find the perfect vehicle for our unique needs (even coming up with options for vehicles that had not crossed our minds through our own research). He took his time with us, and we never felt pressured to make a decision or rushed. I scheduled an appointment to sell a used car at Safford. The car is well maintained and in good condition. I arrived at the date and time of the scheduled appointment only to learn that the representative I was scheduled to meet with and the appraiser who was to join us were both out that day. No one called to let me know or reschedule. No one apologized when I arrived. Instead, the available manager just said my car was too old and they weren't interested. I had provided an accurate description of the vehicle, including age, condition, and mileage when I scheduled the appointment. If you weren't interested, that was the time to let me know. What a waste of time. This crew does not put the customer first. I would avoid this dealership.

I recently had a mixed experience. I would like to highlight the exceptional salesperson who provided outstanding service, but unfortunately, I was let down by the finance manager.First and foremost, I must commend the salesperson who assisted me throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, knowledge, and attentiveness were truly remarkable. They took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions, and made the purchasing process a positive experience.However, I encountered significant issues when it came to dealing with the finance manager. There was a lack of responsiveness and transparency in their communication. I received conflicting information about the down payment requirements, which caused confusion and frustration.Furthermore, I discovered unauthorized credit inquiries that were made without my consent, which is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the finance manager's professionalism.Despite my attempts to address these concerns with the finance manager, there was a lack of proper follow-up and a failure to provide satisfactory resolutions.In summary, while the salesperson was amazing and provided excellent service, the disappointing handling of the transaction by the finance manager overshadowed the positive experience. I hope the dealership takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their finance department's communication, transparency, and customer service.

Toroo and Karl were wonderful to work with. They were attentive to my needs in a car and purchase price. They listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. They were friendly, respectful and made the experience pleasurable.

Thomas Suh at Stafford Honda was the absolute BEST Service Mechanic I've ever worked with. Not only was he emphatic with my personal experience. He took over an hour to explain to a lay person exactly what happened to my Honda CR-V how he would resolve it. I found Thomas to be patient, kind and completely honest. His knowledge and experience restored my confidence in the Service Team there at Stafford Honda in Arlington. I also want to personally thank the GM. And JP. for keeping their word throughout this process. You guys are the Best!!!!!

I love getting the routine service done on my car at Safford Brown Honda. They are always prompt with communication and courteous. Their prices are reasonable too! My last visit was especially good. I had a warranty issue on my car for two components. I was working with Marc on that. He made sure that my car got in and got out as soon as it could with minimal downtime (even though that process takes a long time) and was in constant communication with me regarding part availability and timeline.

Came here with an approved loan to purchase a car in July the sales people were really good Leo. They accepted the loan and obviously gave me a car in exchange. For some reason they did not process the loan offer promptly but my (bank said the dealership input incorrect information) and a month later were ordering me to bring back the car did that but when I got there I was told i by another finance manager that it doesn’t work like that so I had to come back with the car while looking for a loan. I had no issue with that but I asked the finance to not run my credit again but they didn’t listen and later in the week my credit was ran again for the second time without my concerns. The lack of communication, transparency and unprofessionalism has made dealing with the financing team very hard. Every time I return their, call no one answers or the number doesn’t go through and emails are never responded to once you get the car. I’m especially shocked by the Lack of accountability after making the error with my loan. I never received any apology the only thing i get are orders to return the car with no logical reasoning or just comply with whatever loan they have.I spent weeks going back and far between my bank and the rude finance believe Larry at Safford brown Honda who was showcasing loads of incompetence and confusion. They tried to remedy the situation by applying for new loans and running my credit countless times over the course of a week. Even after acquiring their loan with higher interest than what i had, i received no remorse from the finance person handling this but rather again being ordered to just compile with what they have, I have no problem getting another loan but having to have my credit hit numerous times and being treated with no respect is the reason why I would rather go somewhere else. Will be going to the office on Wednesday as asked hopefully to have all this resolved, will be updating..

They charged me $1187 in fees for the privilege of purchasing my lease at the contracted for end-of-term price. I believe the fees were illegally charged becasue they were not in the lease contract.

Save your time and money and run to Safford Brown Honda if you are buying a Honda. From the top tier service I got from Alex and Rita to the happiness I got from getting the exact car I wanted, I thoroughly recommend Safford Brown. They are honest, understanding, respectful and caring. Alex treated me with respect from our dealing via the phone, text messages and finally in person. He loves his job and that is apparent! The Finance Team is caring and treat you with respect regardless of your financial and credit situation. Their overall service made this the best car buying process I have ever been apart of...hands down! Keep up the great job Safford Brown! I will be a lifetime customer.
