I had my entire car treated with a full PPF coating and ceramic tint at Capitol Shine in Arlington, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Kimberly provided outstanding customer service as she was very professional, knowledgeable about every step of the process and kept me informed the entire time.
The team completed the job in just one day and the results were exceptional. The paint was fully polished and corrected before the PPF was applied with absolute precision with no visible seams, edges or bubbles. The ceramic tint not only looks fantastic but also makes a noticeable difference in keeping the cabin cooler during the summer heat. You can tell the team takes real pride in their work and attention to detail.

I had an outstanding experience with Capitol Shine! Rob was fantastic to work with — incredibly attentive and patient with my close eye for detail. Capitol Shine should be your pick for window tint. They are both incredibly friendly and warm but also competent.
It is a little odd at first driving 3 floors down in a parking garage but once you arrive the folks there will put you at ease.
I bought a car that had cracked 5 inch band of tint on the windshield that I didnt want to stare at any more. I brought the car in to have that tint removed.
The service was efficient: done in an hour.
The service was excellently executed: the tint was removed without a sign it was ever there.
Lastly the service was reasonably priced: priced at $75.

10/10 Highly recommend.
Professional outfit with great communication, skills, and service.
Expertly removed paint transfer from a glancing fender swipe and then performed a thorough exterior wash and wax that had my car shining.
Will be back for more detailing in the future.

Went to CS to fix some paint and get a ceramic pro coat on my new-to-me but previouslly dealership loaner car. They are were wonderful. Kimberly answered my many questions, was amenable to my travel schedule and made it easy for me as we worked out my services and international payment blocks. When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised my car was cleaned inside and out - a really nice touch.
Also, as part of my follow-up - I did have a correction to part of the service I received and everyone was open to having hard(awkward) conversations to help resolve. It was no one’s favorite but done professionally and thoughtfully so that we could get a solution. No business (or client) is perfect and the way they handled this was the best it could have been to keep me as a client whiling staying true to their employees- which I commend them for. Rob - thank you.
Weeks later, my car looks amazing even with all the rain we’ve had. I will be coming back for future touch-up and detailing.

Owner walked up to me soon as I got there & his sister dealt with the finalities. Their deals r what attracted me to them & I appreciated the customer service so much, I mentioned it to my mother who took 2 more cars to them afterwards. The perfect go to Arlington tint and detailing shop! Amazing shop and staff to work with! Was immediately open to helping me when I had a slight issue with the tints not matching the factory tints on my Crosstrek and had me in with an appointment the next day and resolved everything for me! Would definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone with tinting or detailing work!

Had a passenger side window with tinting so warped it was a driving hazard — had to have the window down if I was merging right. Capitol Shine took me right away, perfectly matched the tint, and had my car back to me in less than 4 hours at a good price. Will definitely call them again.

Capitol Shine did an excellent job on my 2024 Tesla M3P in ultra red. The team did an excellent job in laying the matte wrap and installation of the tint. The interior was cleaned and smelled awesome, no chemical cleaning smell. The car looks amazing and the team at Capitol Shine did an overall amazing job.
They were very accommodating to my schedule.

I recently purchased a 2024 Ford Expedition Max Limited, which is grey with the Stealth package. I was initially looking for someone to tint my windows, but I was also considering having my paint protected. I saw the great reviews Capitol Shine had and decided to check them out. Let me tell you, they deserved all the 5-star reviews they received! Not only did they do a great job on my tint, but I also had Xpel Fusion Plus ceramic coating applied to my paint, plastics, two front windows, the front windshield, and the face of the rims. My truck turned out beautiful both inside and out! They did a great job!! It looks much better than when I bought it!
I failed to mention that there were some spots on the inside of the paint on the hood when I bought the truck. Rob pointed out that it was probably due to the previous owner leaving it somewhere where something had leaked on it and damaged the paint. However, they told me to bring it back so they could apply a 90% correction and Xpel Fusion Plus, which they did — at a discount! Great service!! I plan on bringing my wife's 2022 BMW X1 (it's black, so you know there are swirls) to them real soon.
This team is very professional, pleasant, accommodating, and courteous! I enjoyed conversations with Rob, Kimberly, and Hershall (sorry if I misspelled your name) about my truck, the services they provide, and other topics. I recommend Capitol Shine if you want the best for your vehicle! I wish I could've tipped more. I can't say enough good things about this team. Thanks guys, see you again soon!
