Honestly am becoming not a fan of chase. I was promised a $200 bonus for opening up a savings account if I held my savings there in accordance with the ToC. After 90 days I saw that I STILL haven't gotten my bonus. They said it couldn't have been transferred and had to be "new money" when clearly the money i transferred was brand new money. I call that theft and using my high amount of savings for their own benefit which makes my blood boil.... Now it's taking them up to a month to investigate. *sighs in corporate banking*

Came in for a technical issue and the phone line client center had been disgusting wasting energy, days and several hours with hangups and deflection.However coming in to this branch, meeting Julian at the private client banker had been like a warm pad to resolve all of our concerns.Truly grateful for his help!

This is not directed at Chase Pentagon City but more Chase itself. I want to start with there is a teller who is super nice and remember me every time I come in, the rest of them are absolutely pedantic and banal. It was $1 for 3 counter checks, most other places it is free but they charge and $1 was okay but now it is $3 for 3 papers checks out of their printer. $3 for a single piece of parchment. I love the progressive thinking and I wanted to help with some more ideas I propose: 1) Start charging for the hand sanitizer - $0.25 a squirt - use the pandemic to your advantage! 2) forced donations of old bills and coins. Copper penny, well now you owe $0.99 for metal handling and have the old picture of Jackson on your $20 - $20 recovery fee per $20 note. 3) Like the AC, well I hope you bring quarters for a 5 minute activation of the air handler otherwise get ready to dance with the devil on a pale moonlight. 4) Pens - bring your own! 5) In a wheel chair and need the door open - I hope you have a Kennedy coin otherwise you are going to have to hope someone is coming out. 6) Want to use the bathroom, well there isn't one for public use anyways 7) Lollypop - have a cough drop and that will be 5 pence - hope you carry UK currency Just some opinions that will keep you going down the same road that you are.

Worst experience, never got my debit card after account opening. Locked my account and blocked my money not providing any support.They are more interested in new business than serving existing customers.

I happened to notice this bank last Thursday while I was at a meeting across the street. I recognized the bank because I had actually received a promotional mailer a few days prior. The promotion offered a $225.00 credit to those people who wanted to open a new account with the bank. There were some restrictions regarding the promotion, for example there is a direct deposit requirement, which for me could be somewhat complicated. I already have my payroll setup at a different bank with direct deposit, and I'm not sure what I would need to do to change that. When I arrived at the bank, there was only one other customer completing a transaction with the Teller. A different representative brought me to a desk and explained all of the details regarding the account. The whole process took about twenty minutes, and it wasn't that difficult at all. I haven't seen too many of these banks around the city, and I hope for a prosperous future with them.

We made an appointment the day of. Usually going to the bank is a headache for me but Serenity helped us set up a joint checking account without any confusion or stress. It was so refreshing to meet a kind hearted professional who walked us through the process headache free, actually listened to our questions, and was super personable! We could have stayed talking for hours with her. Definitely happy to be part of the Chase bank fam now!

I am so thankful I came to this location. I recently launched a small business and I needed to open a business bank account. I came in and within a few minutes was meeting with a banker. Julian was all around incredible. He was informative, respectful, helpful, and I felt very valued as a client. I have banked with Chase personally for years and am thankful to start banking with them as a business now too. Will definitely be coming to this location again.

Chase Bank at710 12th St S Unit 107, Arlington, VA 22202 offers terrible service by inexperienced bankers with snooty attitude. After six consecutive visits I was not able to open a basic checking account. By comparison it took only half an hour to open an account in another bank that offered far superior service.
