A Chick-fil-A that didn't quite carry the CFA customer service as the standalone operations. Ordered a sandwich with add ons and a sauce... Got a sandwich without anything I asked for.They were not busy at all around 11am and the dining room area was very clean and counter was well organized.Note that this location also does not have mobile order.

On October 28, 2023, I visited my favorite restaurant, Chick-fil-A, and my experience left me quite disappointed. As I stood in line, I was pleasantly surprised when the couple ahead of me insisted that I go ahead of them. Grateful for their kindness, I proceeded to the counter, expecting a pleasant interaction.However, my encounter with Jasmine, who I later learned was a team leader, took an unexpected turn. She, for some reason, informed me that I was not allowed to cut in line, which puzzled me as I had not cut in line at all. I politely explained to her that the couple ahead had graciously let me go ahead of them. Unfortunately, my attempt to resolve the situation was met with her abrupt departure from the counter, leaving me somewhat bewildered.In my frustration, I let her know that I often write reviews about my dining experiences with the company and that Chick-fil-A has always been my favorite restaurant. Regrettably, her response was far from what I expected. She expressed, rather rudely, that she "didn't give an f-word about a review."Shortly after, what I believe was her manager approached me and suggested that I should be nice to her. I found this comment quite off-putting, and it didn't sit well with me. Feeling undervalued and disrespected, I decided to leave the counter.A manager named Johnathon later approached me to inquire about what had transpired and if I would still like to make a purchase. While I appreciated his attempt to resolve the situation, my experience at this Chick-fil-A location has left me with a different impression. It seems that, in this particular establishment, my money is the only aspect that holds value, and my personal dignity and humanity are overlooked. Chick-fil-A, which has always held a special place in my heart, will never quite be the same for me after this encounter.

The two morning managers literally only talk all morning leading to no work ever being done in the morning correctly no orders being ready on time... And all the shit there and do is talk and talk and talk... I've hit every single morning and I am sick and tired of it... whoever hired those two women literally should be very ashamed of themselves and I cannot believe that that's what you call a manager or a Chick-fil-A touch summer service rep at all... Talking is not work and I've never seen that doing anything but that talking and giggling all day all morning until shift end

Pretty standard Chick-Fil-A chain. I've order via mobile app and got my order as soon as I arrived. Food is made right and tasted great. That's all that there is.

Food is good like any Chick-fil-A, be careful because the meter maids are extremely aggressive with ticketing. I got out of the passenger seat to go in while my husband drove around the block and a meter maid jumped in front of the car and took a picture of the license plate as he was about to pull off. Took me less than a minute to open the door, close it, and begin to walk. I heard him ask the guy why he was doing that and he shrugged his shoulders.

I go to this Chick-fil-A quite often. The food usually tastes fine, but some of the employees have the worst attitudes and are very unprofessional. Today this employee charged me for an extra order of fries that I didn’t even request. This isn’t the first time they got my order wrong. Having to interact with some of the employees is very frustrating because they don’t listen and don’t care enough to make sure your order is correct. Also this location is very pricey compared to other locations.

We ate here Saturday and got a spicy chicken sandwich, deluxe chicken sandwich, waffle fries, Mac and cheese, lemonade, and a coffee frosty.The food was very fresh and well prepared. The restaurant was very clean even though it was very busy. It only took about 3 minutes to get my food quickly so very little wait. I would recommend using their app as you can order when going to the restaurant and then not have to wait so long.This spot was not as good in the past but they seem to have really stepped up their game and significantly improved on their processes.

I started working the morning shifts (6 am - 3 pm) at this Chick Fil A on April 28th through May 11th. There isn’t an HR department, nor a way to contact George Demetriades (Restaurant Operator), so I’ll share the unethical and unprofessional experiences I had while employed there here.I worked alongside Carrol Cushmam and Hennessy Castro - both team members in front of the house. The operational manager is Katherine Argueta. While in training, I was berated and ridiculed in front of customers by Hennessy Castro, who I was training under. There were multiple instances where she, alongside Carrol Cushmam, teased me for my pace at the cashier and encouraged customers to partake in the humor as well. Under her training, I was instructed not to focus on third-party customers (Doordash, UberEats) and only in-person customers, however, was later screamed at (very publicly) for not tending to them. This also happened to the coffee machine refill, and forgetting to say “My Pleasure,” after the guest orders, which is something she did not do. She reasons that she’s familiar with all of the customers - which does not justify the reason she doesn’t follow the same procedure. There was also chatter amongst her and the other team members - who purposely spoke in Spanish (which I don’t) - about my sexuality and mannerisms.I drew the line when I was loudly scolded by Hennessy Castro in front of customers for switching cashier stations - an order given by the manager. Katherine, the manager, pressured me to have a one-on-one with Hennessy Castro and sort the seemingly one-sided conflict out, which I felt uncomfortable with pursuing. Instead, I suggested a sit down between both of us and other managers - to ensure we were all on the same page. No avail. I was unsatisfied with the suggestions from the operational manager and then spoke to Alvin Hendricks, the Restaurant Manager. He excused Hennessy Castro’s behavior through her seemingly harsh upbringing. Not only was this unprofessional - it was also unnecessary.The workplace is full of individuals from all backgrounds, however, we’re at the minimum expected to carry a degree of professionalism. I was told they’d have a conversation with her numerous times, yet her behavior relented to change and led me to take days off without notice. This led to my termination on the 11th.As minuscule as the job was, I would still encourage customers to dine at places where they and their food will be treated with professionalism.
