Arlington branch is the closest branch to where we leave and that is 4 hours away. We are trying to close out an account of a deceased family member. We were told by Fatima we’d receive a call within 24 hours with the update. We have been waiting 4 days now. Have not received any calls with updates. Been trying to call and no one ever answers calls at that branch. Do not recommend Citi bank in general to anyone.

I had a huge problem with a bank check. The recipient said they didn’t receive it but it was being shown as cashed. The branch manager Rani worked relentlessly over a two week period to help me resolve this matter. I can’t say enough to express my satisfaction. THANK YOU!!!!!

I've been a Citibank customer for 10 years. Been to this location many times. Really disappointed with multiple empty promises from staff who promised resolutions to my issues then never called me back. In my most-recent experience, Kevin Collado, who I believe is the interim branch manager, promised to call me back on Thursday either by EOD or by COB on Friday. Not only did he not call, but numerous calls and voicemails are not being responded to. Citibank national phone support is awful, incredibly difficult to get a competent agent, and has regular issues with transferring to wrong people/departments. My hope is to at least have a local branch to work with, but my persistent Citibank issues don't get resolved. Additionally, this branch used to validate parking in the garage (that has their Citibank logo on it), but after a recent visit, I discovered they no longer validate due to a change in their lease. No mention of this, no sign at the entrance. I ended up being charged $6 for parking with no notice of the change. I have accounts at Wells Fargo and Capital One, and Capital One is much better in every regard than Citibank- technology, service, interest rates, communication, etc. I strongly urge people not to choose Citibank for their banking needs. I don't usually leave reviews, but this bank really deserves this 1 star.

I’ve been a customer of Citibank for 15 year or more & never have I seen a lazy & incompetent branch manager, Rani Nair. She must be related to someone in higher position to be working there for that long. I had one simple transaction that requires the branch mgr to complete & only takes seconds of her time. I came multiple times & was told to email the branch mgr so she can open a case and so I did. Rani never replied to my email nor did she open a case. 6 months later I came again & waited half hr. Rani saw me, but did nothing. Instead, she went outside to make a call on her cell phone. Finally, the asst mgr resolved my issue w/in seconds. Citibank, you can do better than this.

I opened a checking account and also sign up a credit card with exclusive savings up to $300 bonus, at this location with Teran.I definitely recommend her to everyone, she’s professional and Helpful to us. ??This location has free garage parking with ticket Validation. ?

I was pleasantly surprised by the great service. Fatema was extremely helpful with my credit card application. Definitely a much better experience than trying to get help from Citi over the phone.

Teller behind the sign named Cassandra Molina was completely rude and unprofessional. She wasted my time and couldn’t complete a regular banking work. Fortunately her colleague accepted my request, tried and did the job. I had a bad experience at this branch and don’t recommend it.

Absolute clowns. Tried to open a business account and had to teach the branch manager what I learned online vs. what she believed. She didn't know you could open an LLC in Delaware, which any legit business owner knows is one of the best states (if not the best) to open a corporation. Took me 3 visits to finally open the account. Worst off, she gave me the wrong address to mail my check. Now my account is on hold and my $25K check is floating around somewhere.
