The shop has a great selection of purses and accessories. If they don't have in their store they will find it for you from another store. They have on-going sales too!

I was in on Friday early afternoon, trying to find a clutch for my lady. Sad to say it was an outlet item. However the beautiful young lady that was standing at the front of the store, who I lost the card that had her name on. Jumped in as knowledgeable as anyone could possibly be. Not only did she hunt the item down, she was able to get the item held for me. Yes I will be returning this coming Friday to purchase my self a shoulder bag to replace this Oakley hip pack. She was truly amazing. I never do these reviews because it’s so damn hard to find “help” a person who has a passion for people! She’s amazing!!!!!!

I am a COACH insider and very proud of it. I have been apart of COACH since 1998. My first time in the Pentagon City store was Nov 15, 2021.I went inside to return an item. The staff was super nice especially Jeranda AKA J. She did a quick return and then helped me pick out a couple of beautiful items and personalized them right in the store. Two (2) days later, I received a text from J saying one of the items I ordered to be sent to the store was out of stock. I went into panic mode because I really wanted it. J quickly threw in a couple of suggestions and took a couple of pictures from within the store and sent it to me. In the end, I got mailed out another great COACH creation. THANK YOU SO MUCH JERANDA AND THE WHOLE COACH SQUARD. Great customer service!

This evening my girlfriend and I was browsing in Coach. An associate named Mat came over to offer his assistance. In the midst of a conversation between Mat, My Girlfriend, and I - A woman named Jeranda Weaver stepped in and asked if I wanted to place a bag on hold. The first time she asked I said no! She asked again and I responded “no”! I understood your question when you asked the first time. She then proceeded behind Mat and whispered “She’s not gonna purchase a bag”. This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life! The worst customer service EVER! I’m definitely contacting the headquarters in the morning Ms. One Commissioner Away From Being Broke! They need to vet the employee being placing them on the floor and I’m pretty that wasn’t her first time being rude to a customer! Assistant Manager Behavior!

On Tuesday March 9, 2021 I went to the Coach store at Pentagon City. I wanted to return an item, that just didn't work out for me. A sales person greeted me with a smile. I explained to her that, I needed to make a return. Her demeanor went from pleasant to cold and aggressive. I then asked to speak with a manager and that's when I met Christy. I brought it to her attention that it was a cash transaction. She stated that they didn't have the cash in store to issue the return. I totally understood, being an old employee of a high end retail establishment. I asked her if she could call the Tysons Corner location to see if, they had the available funds. She shook her head and walked away and literally returned within two minutes. She sarcastically smirked and said "They Don't Have Cash". I asked her for her full name and she refused to give it to me. I left the premises and called the Tyson's Corner location. The sales person said that a client retuned a bag in the early afternoon and to my luck she had the cash. I was really pressed for time because I was going out of town. I'm totally disappointed in Coach. My first love of a handbag as a teenager was coach. I've been a loyal customer for over thirty years. On March 9, 2021 that relationship ended. Christy a manager, took it personal that I wanted to return an item. She decided to make my life miserable for the sake of numbers on the back end. I don't want to shop at a store that exercises vindictiveness because the product doesn't work out. Christy was spiteful. It's amazing how some humans are determine to win, humiliate and cause hurt for the sake of control and benefit of being right.Farewell Coach

Went to this store on Saturday 3/6/2021 with my boyfriend to look for my mom a birthday gift. We were greeted with “here is hand sanitizer.” While they lady in front of us was greeted with a “hello, how are you? Are you looking for anything in particular” and wasn’t told to use hand sanitizer. Also, the lady didn’t speak English (she was in a previous store with us)and was ignoring the coach worker. We were followed in the store and my boyfriend was also watched by the gentleman who told us to use hand sanitizer. We felt very uncomfortable in that store; I’m a Coach Insider and I have never felt this way being in a coach store. We are both healthcare professionals coming in to look for a purse for my mom but instead treated like a bum off the street. Yes we are black, yes we have Locs in our hair, and yes we have money to spend and ready to spend. But the stereotype and the unpleasant welcoming of that store is ridiculous. Even the Coach stores in the south don’t treat you like you are some animal and follow your every move. We know there is a pandemic but don’t greet potential paying customers with a “here is hand sanitizer” and watch us like we are up to something.And to put the icing on the cake I asked a black female coach worker about the “Ulyssa slippers” all the workers in the store looked shocked that I knew about the slippers. I am a freaking Coach Insider and I came here to spend money, but y’all stereotyped us and watched us like we wereCriminals. And my boyfriend said let’s go we will not be doing business with this store because the guy is staring me down and I feel very uncomfortable. I’m not sure what kind of training you all offer, but discrimination training needs to be held ASAP. I wouldn’t want the next black person to come in and feel uncomfortable the same way we have. I recently purchased a handbag online and returned in the store. I was met with a big attitude from Christy. She said “ you know You can return this by mail” if I wanted to return the item by mail I would but I didn’t, which is why I am standing in her store but OK. I said “well I would but online it said I would have to pay return shipping”. In a snarky tone said if you read the back of your invoice it clearly says it’s free. Ahhhh yes, the small print on a piece of paper. Why did I not think of that?? Then she proceeded to look up my order and said she couldn’t find it in the system. Very convenient. She insisted she would mail it for me. I assume that’s her way of not letting an online return hit her numbers. The amount of shade this women puts out is insane. I had another encounter with her over the phone and that 2nd encounter has printed me to write corporate. I will never shop this store again.
