Is zero stars an option?
Purchased a $75 reversible belt from Cole Haan at the Brickell Mall 701 S Miami Ave, Miami on July 5, 2025. On July 25, 2025 the belt broke. Tried for an exchange at the Cole Haan tore at Pentagon City in Alexandria VA. Store manager needed a Receipt for an exchange or refund. The manager on duty would not look up the purchase or contact the Miami store for a transaction search. Cole Haan has lost a customer. Never again. Stay with COACH...

Rude and dismissive customer service. Similar to the previous review, the gentleman with long locs (Theon) had a nasty attitude from the moment I walked in and was not pleasant when asking for assistance and checking out. You’re better off ordering online.

Fantastic, I spoke to a sales lady, found the shoes and held them until I arrived. I apologize for not remembering her name. I left the store, turned around and went back to purchase another pair of shoes. She represented the epitome of customer service.

I just bought these shoes, the cashier stared at me because I was wearing shorts and thought I couldn't buy these shoes. He told me they were expensive. When I arrived I said hello and he didn't pay any attention to me.

The worst Cole Haan branch I’ve ever visited.
From the moment we walked in, the woman working there was rude, dismissive, and clearly had no intention of helping us. We came to exchange a pair of shoes we had purchased online—same brand, same company—because the size was too big. We only had two days left before traveling back home, and all we asked for was a simple exchange.
Instead of assisting us, both she and her manager refused in an incredibly disrespectful manner. They even had the audacity to laugh at us as if our situation was a joke. We’ve been loyal Cole Haan customers since 2012, and this is how we’re treated?
It was painfully clear that we were being treated with prejudice , we were dismissed and disrespected from the moment we stepped in. Their behavior was not just unprofessional; it was offensive. I never expected this level of rudeness and lack of basic decency from a brand we’ve trusted for over a decade. Shameful.

The sales staff on the phone isn’t helpful over the phone when you ask them very basic questions about their inventory.
The sales associate (Deon) I spoke with over the phone wouldn’t answer my very simple and straight forward on what spring specials they have on their shoes. The only answer I got was, “We don’t have anything you’re looking for.”
This store associates/clerks need training on the basics of costumer service.
My call was very unpleasant and the associate persuaded me to never return to this location after being a 7 year loyal Cole Haan costumer.

Went there a year ago and bought a $220 pair of shoes. Great experience and shoes. Decided to order another pair of shoes online. The shoes didn’t work out so I went into this location to return. Staff was extremely rude and would only let me return for in store credit even though I had the receipt and everything. I walked outside the store, called customer service and they sent me a label to return instantly at a UPS. Now Cole Haan has to pay for the return shipping cost when I could’ve just dropped off in store.

I would like to give a compliment to a very professional sales person named Harry ( i hope i did not mess up his name, it may be Henry,). Anyways, It was a smooth and professional transaction from my walking in to purchasing a pair of sandals. Always great to meet and be helped by a professional person with a great touch of personality.

I have been a loyal Cole Hann owner for many years. Unfortunately no more. They sold me shoes that were too large and then refused to take them back. Policy or not, they just lost a valuable customer to their competition.

Attentive staff and they gave me the sale price on shoes even though they were no longer supposed to be on sale. I would definitely buy again from this location.

I wore a pair of their shows MAYBE 15 times and the stitching came unraveled. I contact customer service and since it has been over a year (these are dress shoes - not daily shoes). IMO these shoes are trash. Not worth the price tag if their not going to stand behind their product.
