Although I haven't rented here, I have accompanied my friends to help them move items in their storage units at this location. On both occasions, the security procedures seemed useful, the property seemed clean, lighting was good, and the experience was pleasant.

Alex at the Arlington location on Shirlington was fabulous. He provided outstanding info and showed me multiple options to make sure I rented the perfect unit. He also followed up the next day to make sure everything was good.

Cube Smart in Shirlington is the BEST.
The facility is clean and well lit. The parking lot has tons of parking. There are great carts to use to move your things in and out of your storage unit. Convenient and secure location. And the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Penske rented me a truck but this location no longer rents. Alex and Cody were so helpful in getting things figured out. If I need storage I will rent from them.

I had a great experience at CubeSmart Self Storage yesterday! The facility was clean, organized, and easy to access. A big shout-out to the manager, Zach, who was absolutely awesome and super helpful throughout the process. He made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing storage!
